I am not saying I didn't get good service here. My technician was knowledgeable and personable. My issue is that you CANNOT get a price for services before you book.
I believe that their business model to is excite you about benefits of the service without letting you know how much it costs. There is no mention of what anything costs until after you have given them all your information (including credit card number) and paid a $75 deposit. Since I was unwilling to do this, I never got a price for the facial I was shopping for.
Once you are in the spa, you are encouraged to purchase additional "upgrades".

As usual Doc Karen was on the spot! She is so knowledable and professional with a personal touch. Very caring. Her staff is top shelf, pleasant and helpful.Highly recommend

This is the most well educated physician that has more to offer than just knowledge, she truly cares.
