Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Parcel was delayed and no proper communication about when it was going to be delivered. Date and time kept changing and no replies to any emails from customer service. Waste of time.

My parcel has been sat in a shop for over five working days WTF!! No courier has even been there to pick up over 200 customers parcels just sat there not on the move one word Robbers take the money and doing sweet FA about it will never use this company again hope they go bust .

Absolutely shocking shouldn’t be allowed to operate at all first time I had a delivery by this company if you can call them a company that is I took time to fill in emails and online customer support services to give directions and even my phone number was told to wait 72 hours on each time I emailed or filled in a online form nobody even responded disgusting even before my Temu order arrived in the uk then on the day of what they call a delivery I had an option to respond via WhatsApp I even spent time giving instructions to my address and telephone number obviously it was just a online bot service which supposed to give instructions to the delivery driver which of course never happened as the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for the 18th of June and now I think they’ve returned my parcel back to Temu as no update has been given for today a second attempt wasn’t even made had to get a refund from Temu this currier has to be worse than evri at least evri has a pick up method from a shop relay simply just ignore customers and return the parcels or keep them themselves this company needs reporting to trading standards there is no customer service phone line you email them for help they don’t respond just a generated message that says we will get back to you in 72 hours which they don’t absolutely furious with this company if you use this company via any online platform kiss goodbye to your order don’t use them a complete nightmare

Lost my parcel and took three weeks to respond

Ordered from Vinted a month ago and my order has been 'Scheduled for delivery today' for almost as long. Only this week - after three attempts to contact them and three weeks of radio silence - have they confirmed that my parcel has gone missing and they 'are yet to locate it'. So unreliable, I've now taken them off my list of couriers as a Vinted seller.

Absolutely awful delivery service

Absolutely awful delivery service. Every time I see my parcel is going to be delivered by relay I dread it and have issues every time. Awful drivers who verbally abuse you. Half of them don’t speak English so communicating with them to try and help them deliver your parcel is impossible, so they resort to absolute vile abusive language. It’s technically apart of Royal Mail but its own entity, meaning you cannot complain or talk to ANYONE for things to be sorted. How this company is still going, is beyond me. STAY CLEAR of using this ‘service’.

Avoid at all costs

Awful. My parcel was returned to sender before there was even attempt for it to be delivered. After sending 20 emails to customer service parcel was deemed as lost. Also had no reply from customer service despite them claiming that they will get back to me within 72h.

.On time of writing 93% of reviews give one star rating that is one star to high. If ordering from anywhere make sure they don't use these cowboys as the delivery firm.

Honestly this company is ridiculous…

Honestly this company is ridiculous waited weeks to deliver. They said they would return to the sender after trying to deliver. They did not instead they lost my parcel and kept updating the delivery to redelivering. Absolute piss take. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service, if I could give a golden medal for the worst delivery service that would be Relay.
Since they started, the slowest and most unreliable service ever. Like other reviews say it takes ages to receive parcel and a lottery if even going to receive it. Don't bother with them just choose InPost, Evri, DPD or Royal Mail.
Awful experience.

Absolutely diabolical

Waiting for a Vinted delivery, it was supposed to take 5-7 days now I got a notification saying it may take 4 weeks. Seriously???

They basically stole my parcel, I won’t even say they lost it because it doesn’t make sense that a courier collected it on the 12th of June and it’s still not delivered on the 18th of June

Purchased an item on Vinted and…

Purchased an item on Vinted and delivery through Relay stated 3-4days. Notification then suggested a delay and then a delivery for 4 wks time. Very poor service and not very trustworthy. Do not use.

Delivery driver stole the parcel

Delivery driver took a photo of the parcel then picked it up and walked away with it, after having a look for a camera. Our camera caught it all. I have raised this with relay but I do not hold much hope.Really poor service

Extremally poor service

Extremally poor service. The driver did not find very easy address, where all other courier can deliver but only relay deliver did not find the address.
Secondly i reschedule for tomorrow 18 june and they try to attempt today after 5.00 pm
