A Muddle Swiftly and Pleasantly Sorted!
I got very muddled filling in the initial form and then my email went down. As a result of I got into a tizz and when I rang to try and get a handle of things, everyone was so helpful and Kind. I am terrible with technology but there was no sign of irritation. A very calm and sensible person guided me through all the hurdles in a most pleasant fashion.
