Still haven't recieved my order
Still haven't recieved my order. I got tired of waiting, so I ordered from inoculate the world and I have already recieved my order from them. I waited over a week and got no shipping email or anything. Inoculate the world kept me updated and shipped the same day I ordered.

No idea what is going on
I placed my order on 10/08 and processed my payment on the same day. I received my confirmation email on 10/08. On 10/17 I sent an email to Reliable inquiring as to the status of my order, I had not received any tracking number from Reliable. Thinking that maybe they didn’t get my email I sent another email on 10/19 to let them know I had gone through all of the steps outlined on their FAQ page and that I had not received any tracking information yet.
Since I have not received any reply from Reliable I decided to fill out this survey outlining my experience in the hope that they might see this and correct the issues I’ve been having.
I have used Reliable many times in the past without any issues so this is concerning to me that I am having this experience now.
