I used to love Religion (years ago), the quality of clothes was great, unfortunately its all gone, the quality is sooo poor, i literally order better quality from Shein! Then they charge £5.99 for the delivery which i think is little too high but ok... but God forsake you need to return the item! FIRST you need to wait for an APPROVAL to return your item (takes up to few days) and then they dont provide return label (considering you've already lost your £5.99 for delivery) you need to pay for the return from your own pocket which is an additional few £ !!! Rediculous!!! This is soo uncomon these days! I will never order from them again!!!

Lovely clothes but the return process is ridiculous. You need to get permission to return items!! then they don't provide a return label.

I ordered 2 dresses for colour choice and kept one of them, which was absolutely gorgeous. They were £100 each. I just wish I’d read the return reviews as I’ve just had to spend £10.95 on returning the other dress with insured postage. Absolutely shocking. I’ve never paid that to return an item and won’t be again! Most company’s have a standard return label at minimum cost even if it is a paid for return. Just an update! I sent the return back Wednesday morning and have been refunded today Friday! 5* for refund speed!

No way to return items, website just goes in a loop back to your order with no option to return anything. Don’t buy, seems a US branch which is not set up properly.

Long time ago I used to buy some Religion things from Asos, I was always satiafied with their clothes. Now I ordered Serenity coat, paid 20euro for fast shipping and it came in Croatia next day! Customer service is great and the coat is amazing! Can't believe all of these bad reviews....

Unfortunately I didn’t read the TP reviews before I ordered! Their returns process is shocking for a well known clothing brand like this. They do not have any kind of returns service available so it’s all at your own expense via Royal Mail or organise your own courier. They don’t even provide a label. Disgusting, dread to think how much it’s going to cost to return as I ordered a few things, none of which I like in the flesh. Never again!

Something very unprofessional is going on with true religion. They're clearly struggling to keep up and because of that, they're literally ignoring all protocols. They cancelled my order the day of delivery and instead of communicating and explaining they decided to claim that I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I have sent several emails trying to understand what happened. Till today, I have no clue what happened

Not great quality, sizing is all over the place, £5.99 delivery fee and you have to pay at for returns in top of that at your own cost!!

Very frustrating experience at first,dpd was so disappointing, but Alex from religion was outstanding. And suggested different solutions and went for royal mail, the top has finally arrived and love it. Finally arrived and will look boss in it for my holiday thanks Alex from religion 🤗

The ordering process was simple and from placing the order to receiving it, emails and notifications were received informing me of order status , it's a great company and good quality unique clothing

I’m the first to try and share if I’ve had a bad experience so people don’t lose money or also make the mistake of a bad experience but I’ve just got my dress - hot pink floaty dress £40 in the sale and it is really nice and good quality. Nicely sewn and for all the fabric I couldn’t have made it any cheaper or made it as well. I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews - I ordered them read trust pilot and instantly regretted getting the dress but it is lovely and I’m looking forward to wearing it on holiday!

Absolutely shocking, used to do great tshirts and was always my go to...ordered exact same type normally do and they no longer fit and not just by a bit...I would have to order a 2xl just for it to fit like a medium or large!never again

Really liked the jeans I bought , but then they just fell apart after a month . Then I got the sale price of the jeans as a refund . When I payed the full price . Won’t ever buy there poor quality stuff again

The quality and sizing of the products I ordered are terrible I ordered 3 items then one of them got refunded after the order went through if i had known before i would have cancelled the order. I only added 2 other items to make it worth the postage I have to pay to send it back, which I think should be free for the amount the items cost!! The quality is not good and sizing is so random. Also I have to wait for authorisation email to send my items back. Not happy! I will not be ordering from Religion Clothing again.

The dress that was sent was oversized. They never sent the return slip for postage, so I had to pay for it myself. They also took an extra £5 off my return refund to cover the cost of postage that they never paid initally - this company is a scam.

I've been trying to return an order, but their process is a nightmare. You have to submit a return request on their website—yet they never reply! I've sent multiple requests and emails, but I haven't received a single response.

To make things worse, they charge a £6 postage fee (absolutely ridiculous), and you still have to cover the cost of returning the item yourself—within just 14 days! Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days for a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost—yet this company makes the process as difficult and expensive as possible.

This is by far one of the worst return policies and customer service experiences I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!

I give a one star review for their failure to obey UK law. I asked to cancel the order and to return the order as per my rights under Consumer Contract Regulations. This is NOT discretionary legislation. Businesses can't just ignore the law because they want to - yet that's just what Religion Clothing have decided to do, and they're refusing to provide a full refund. Completely unlawful, which says so much about their customer service.

I'll seek a full refund through my payment provider under a s75 claim. Completely inexcusable.

Love Religion clothes. Some timeless pieces in my wardrobe, my daughter whos 10 months will be able to wear when older. Yes, Im a cool mom!
Had a recent issue with wrong item delivered but Alex sorted it within minutes. No time wasted.

Order took two months to be delivered, social media team told me it will come before Christmas and it didn't. On receiving delivery one item of clothing was missing and they didn't refund the correct amount for said missing item. Not great quality either.
