You pay the money, then they send you an email asking you to verify your age. The documents they request are sensitive documents. You ask for your money back and they never respond. SCAMMERS. Avoid

NOT A RELIABLE SUPPLIER
Don't get used to a particular flavour. They drop or unlist them for absolutely no reason. Customer service is none existent especially as they don't speak English. It's REALLY frustrating that a company dealing with serious addiction really doesn't care about their customers.

Appalling dispatch team
Have used this many times. Apalling dispatch team, the orders are never sent on the same day. They create a label with Royal Mail and leave it until 1 or 2 days later before the parcel actually reaches Royal Mail.

Tastes really burned. I talked with support and they waste my time with weird requests. No one is helping me!
Trying to get a refund for a few days now, at first I wanted to replace, but with this kind of support, I don’t want it anymore.
