Kann es eigentlich nur wiederholen was schon negatives geschrieben wurde! Absolute Frechheit. Die Ware war mangelhaft und ging schon bei der Anprobe kaputt. Es musste auf eigene Kosten nach China verschickt werden. Jetzt, über 4 Monate später, erhalte ich von der Post das Paket zurück. Ware ist unterirdisch und der Service ebenfalls! Nie wieder!

Same experience as the others. Ordered glasses on 23rd January and still waiting. They are quick to respond to emails but just offer platitudes and fob you off telling you to wait a bit longer. Waited 2 months already! Clearly a complete scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

They took more money from my account than the total bill and I am still (over 6 weeks later) waiting for my reading glasses. I was told to wait patiently when insisting on a refund (which I still don’t have). Have reported to my bank of a possible scam. Be careful.

Nach Monaten kam das Paket zu mir zurück weil es in China nicht zurückgenommen wurde, musste nochmals 10€ bezahlen

scam seite, man bekommt keine dienstleistung für das geld und auch beim kunden kontakt meldet sich keiner. ich musste ein paypal fall erstellen um mein geld zurück zu bekommen.

I ordered a jacket from this company , it did arrive 2 weeks late, the material did not match the picture on the website , £50 for a coat I’d expect it not showing the material joining - quality shocking!!

Emailed to request a refund and was advised on the address but that I could only send via 1 courier and to an address in China oh and that I had to pay for it! Worked out £72 to return a coat that was £50… make that make sense!

I have now been emailing for over a week and I’ve had not a single acknowledgment as I now want to take the 30% refund and keep the product as seems the only possible option!

JUST DONT BOTHER!!!

Ich habe für meine Mutter orthopädische Sneaker bestellt… hört sich gut an und der Preis 92€ passt dann ja auch. Es kamen aus China minderwertige Sneaker ohne Fussbett und Chic. Und dann muss ich auch noch die Retoure nach China bezahlen.
Diese Firma ist mehr Schein als Sein.

Glatter Betrug. Präsentation auf Webseite als hätte das Unternehmen einen Sitz in Deutschland.
Ware wird direkt aus dem Lager in China versendet. Ware ist dabei extrem billig und habe eine Hose für mich als erwachsenen Mann bestellt, die aber nicht mal einem kleinen Kind passen würde.
Rückversand natürlich auf Kosten des Käufers und wären ca. 21€.

Betrügerei wird immer schwerer fürs Auge zu erkennen. Das was hier abgezogen wird ist eigentlich strafbar und sollte verfolgt werden.

Not only did this company send a dress over 2 weeks late they sent a dress that was NOTHING like the model on there site. After I had wrote a complaint on there page it was deleted and I was emailed from them - apologising with them telling me that I don’t need to send the “faulty” dress back as they stated. And a refund would be made by them and I would have it with 2-5 working days. I have not received a refund or an email back from the company! Would anyone be able to tell me how I I can get my money back from this scamming company

Dress came, shipped from China, not Germany or wherever it claims to be based.
Dress is cheap material, it does resemble the picture slightly but it's obviously been taken off another website.
Emailed to request a refund - they got back to me pretty quickly to be fair.
But the options are - return to China via DHL. The cheapest option is £40 so not really worth it.
Or they say they'll give you a 30% refund, or 40% off your next purchase.
Definitely won't be purchasing from them again but looks like I'll have to take the 30% refund as it's better than nothing. I'm not sure I trust the address provided, or whether they would actually give me a refund if they ever did receive the dress back.
I'm kicking myself because I thought the website looked off, but the fact it was registered to Germany made me feel a bit better.
Waste of money. Don't bother.

Its a scam, they never delivered my dress and refused to issue a refund. No response to emails neither. Stay away

Nicht mal ein Stern wert!

Ich habe für 50 € ein Kleid bestellt und war schockiert über die miserable Qualität. Das Kleid war komplett durchsichtig und absolut untragbar. Mit „einfacher und unkomplizierter Rückgabe“ wird geworben – in Wahrheit musste ich es auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken, was mich zusätzlich 22 € bei DHL gekostet hat.

Auf meine mehrfachen Rückfragen und sogar Screenshots der Rückgaberichtlinien habe ich vom Reminora-Team nur unzureichende oder gar keine Antworten erhalten.

Für mich steht fest: Nie wieder!

I ordered trainers, through a website which presented as Dutch.
The trainers arrived after 12 days,they were in a plastic bag ,dented and bashed.
On checking them they were damaged,not well made,too small than the specified ordered size.
I contacted Reminora with my concerns.
I was told to return them I had to send them to China via DHL at my own expense.
They said that if I kept them they would give me a 40% discount!
I am enraged.
I wanted to warn other people about this situation

Ordered sunglasses. When they arrived the packaging was poorly wrapped in a jiffy bag that didn't fit. The case was broken causing the frame of the glasses to dent. I emailed Customer Services straight away and explained the problem but they advised that I am responsible for the packaging and labelling and will only issue 30% refund or 40% off next order. This is not quoted on the returns policy on their website. The company is based in China although stated Germany on their website.
I'm now having to go through my bank to organise refund.
Do not use them.

Ich habe eine Sonnenbrille gekauft und habe im Urlaub einen Bügel verloren. Nach dem Urlaub habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und mein Problem geschildert, ich wollte Wissen ob es dafür Bügel gibt. Der Kundenservice hat schnell geantwortet und sie haben sich bedankt das ich alles Wichtige zum Kauf mitgeteilt habe dadurch konnten Sie es natürlich viel schneller Zuordnen und mir wurde mitgeteilt dass ich eine Ersatzbrille erhalte. Allerdings musste ich noch mal nachfragen. Sie kontaktierten das Versandunternehmen wohl noch mal und dann kam heute die Ersatzbrille.
Ich war sehr gespannt ob es dieselbe Brille ist oder irgendeine Brille und zum Glück war es genau diese Brille.

Ich habe Schuhe aus Wildleder bestellt. Das Produkt Bestand aber aus billigsten Kunststoff. Aktuell bin ich dabei von den Kauf rückabzuwickeln denn meiner Ansicht nach grenzt der Onlineshop an Betrug, nachdem das Produkt nicht der Beschreibung entspricht.

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt. Es kam viel zu spät (4 Wochen später). Keine Möglichkeit das Kleid zurückzuschicken. Geschäftsadresse in K-Hohlweide ist eine Fake-Adresse: es ist eine leere Wohnung. Telefonnummer auch unerreichbar. Grenzt an Betrug!!!

Man denkt man bestellt in einem deutschen Shop. Es wird hochwertige Qualität versprochen. Stattdessen bestellt der Verkäufer billige und qualitativ minderwertige China Ware. Man bekommt es dann direkt aus China.
Finger weg von diesem Shop.

Lange Lieferzeit, schlechte Ware, hohe Rücksendekosten und sehr komplizierte Rücksendung nach China.
Nicht empfehlenswert.
