Onboarding was fine and quick, but after, it seems that there is no customer service. No one replies, no contact numbers, no chats available for customers, only for sales. No responses at all. Very fustrating.

Untransparent pricing on their website
The firm needs to be more transparent with pricing. The website states 'Starts at $199' for an employer of record service. Understood that the price might be higher given additional add-ons / services and hence the use of 'starts at'.
After wasting time on a demo, for a 1 person EOR service in Ireland, I was quoted EUR399 (approx. US$450) per month. If they list the pricing for each country on the website, it would be beneficial for cost-sensitive potential customers and avoid wasting all parties' time.

Our starting price of $199 reflects the base cost for our services, but as you noted, the price in each country can vary depending on the location and specific requirements. Providing a comprehensive list of prices for all 180+ countries we cover is quite complex due to the varying costs and regulatory requirements in each location, as well as individual needs for work permits, health insurance plans, etc. Many countries are at $199 (our lowest end), but countries in Europe tend to be slightly higher due to regulatory requirements.
We do strive to provide as much clarity as possible during our demo sessions to ensure you have a clear understanding of the services and costs involved. We appreciate your suggestion and will look into ways to improve our pricing transparency on the website to better serve cost-sensitive potential customers.

We really enjoyed the onboarding experience in the UK. Our employees provided great feedback! We switched from a competitor because of employee experience and pricing. They really do have most competitive pricing.

Above and beyond service!
Working with the team was a pleasant experience. My team in Asia now enjoys great employee benefits and feels more secure. Remoteam helped us solve our HR problems and went beyond what was asked of them. I also liked that their customer service replies fast to all my questions, listens to customer suggestions, and works efficiently to fix minor issues.
