The real difference was in the service provided by the staff at Rennie Tool Company when the original delivery went astray. This was not RTCs fault but they sorted it out and had the order to me within 24 hours. That kind of service earns customer loyalty in my book.

The Service from Rennie Tool Company was absolutely spot on from start to finish, next day delivery so I could not be happier. For the company I would give 5 stars as they always provide top levels of service, unfortunately the product not so I would only give 3 stars as all 4 of the formwork drill bits on first use started drilling & about 5 seconds in spun on the thread deeming them useless. The problem that I can see is the extended rod is a too fine a thread but also a sloppy fit, I have tried a high temp epoxy but they still failed. Hopefully I can find a solution to this to stop it happening as they are very handy to have in my arsenal of tools.

The range of tool accessories was far greater than other sites including dimensions of cutters -For example router bits- that are not available elsewhere

Bits fit fixings exactly. Tips seem strong.
Favourite feature is that the last few cms of each bit are slimmer than tips so aid visibility and ease of location in screw heads. Blue shanks also aid visibility.
Hex ends of bits are tight in holders, so no wobble.
Delivery service always prompt.
