I have been getting the run around from rentatec/earthcare company since Saturday. I've been getting emails and messages to purchase more of their products. After 20 emails i finally get a set time for a phone test.on the day of the phone test I was on the line for 10 minutes before anyone answered. Once i got some one to respond I was asked 4 questions wich were answered correctly and the interviewer said I had gotten one answer wrong and proceeded to tell me that I had failed and had to reschedule. I replied you said I can have one wrong answer. The interviewer responded you have to reschedule. After days of texts and emails and a fake over the phone test I realized you rentatech/earthcare is a scam. I expressed that to the interviewer and that I wanted a refund. He responded well your going to have to submit paperwork. Their website statement is that if they can't get you working within 24 hours that they will refund your initial investment. Let's see how many emails and texts I have to send before I see a dime.

Easy to work with and got my vanity replaced and the plumbing done for 2hrs

Even when things came up and issues arose the tech stayed and worked with me until we were done.

My granny had everything backing up and the previous plumber she called couldn't find the tube outside to hydrojet it. We looked everywhere but we couldnt find it either. I did have to make a deposit but a plumber did show up in an hour. Apparently, the drain tube was hidden by the Holley bush, it was covered by the mulch too and the plumber they sent out spent time looking for it, it took a while but afterwards he was able to clear the clog and it didn't change how much we had to pay in the end.

I scheduled an appointment for my parents to clean out a plumbing pipe using the Hydro Jet system. They are in their 90's and on a fixed income.
They paid $150.00 deposit.
First person comes but did not have the equipment to do the job. He leaves.
I call to cancel and they asked if they could reschedule. Fine, no problem.
Second person comes, same issue. He does not have the machine to complete the job.
Earth Care will not refund the deposit. Stating that since the tech came, it begins the hours for the service. My parents did not pay $150.00 to be told the job could not be done. When I refuted that claim, they said it was under "terms and conditions". Except that I did not have access to the terms and conditions.
This is a total exploitation of the elderly. Aside from being an extremely egregious act of greed. It is shameful, disgraceful, and corrupt for any person of any age.

Main drain line was leaking in my front yard i had 3 plumbers out 3 and I got quotes between $2000-$8000 claiming my yard would need to be dug up what a mess....

Yeah earthcares price? $499 the choice was easy

there videos are misleading once you invest in a i.d. package ,you won't receive it until you finish a training. then nothing happens they just try to sell you another package to get priority jobs. WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME 47.00 dollars will get you more requirements and marketing products

This is the worst work I have ever did from this.
The worker wasn't skilled, he was not even know how to operate ladder and he was scared of climbing. I have given all the information to the company , photos and all but they send this unskilled professional. who also got frustrated and asking more money for the work . I was ending up spending up lot of for a small job. Please do not hire anyone from them, they were unprofessional and there behavior is worst.

I found it so hard to find a place to sign off on my hours but from the training they give you to the 24/7 support i really enjoy them and their services

Too many little tasks that I have to do to get my house ready. From cover plates to misaligned doors and lights not working. But I was able to make a dent and will soon be ready, especially since I can get the help for when I need it.

It affordable for me to get my light circuit moved over so that I could expand the opening and have more space.

This place is a scam i tryed to get a job they said buy the clothes 47$ i did then it said you need to but more i dont have more money to buy more they dont tell you so cause i cannt afford the rest i said ill get a refund ..SCAM THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO TO HOME PAGE LOOK AT A VIDEO THE VIDEO DOES NOT TELL YOU HOW TO GET MONEY THEN THEY WILL THREATING YOU PETTY THEFT IF SAY IM CALLING BANK CAUSE YOU DONT HELP THEY WONT ASSIT YOU GOING TO BBB AND FILED CLAIM WITH BANK STAY AWAY SCAM
