The first time for me renting a car with Rentluxe Car and it was incredible. At first I wasn’t really sure what car to rent, but they recommended the Ferrari Roma and man, I am blown away by the car, what an absolutely amazing experience. I contacted them 4 days prior to renting and it was not an issue. The car was delivered exactly on time at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam. The support from the people at Rentluxe Car is excellent. They are very helpful, understanding, and always available for questions and support. This was my first time but definitely not the last. I can't wait for my next renting adventure with them.

Renting the Ferrari 812 GTS was an absolute dream, and the service was nothing short of spectacular. Ich hatte den Porsche 911 in Schwarz reserviert, bekommen habe ich ihn in Silber. War nicht schlimm, aber ein kurzer Hinweis im Voraus wäre nett gewesen. Das Fahrerlebnis war trotzdem top. Rückgabe in der Stadt lief problemlos. Würde trotzdem wieder buchen.

The process of getting the car took me only 5 minutes. It was delivered right to the exit of my terminal and I returned it just as easily, right at the entrance. Top-level service, I highly recommend it and will gladly use them again!

I rented a Mercedes CLE300 - GZ 868MT - from RENT LUX CAR.
They handed me the car in Rome claiming everything was in perfect condition. The moment I started driving south, the safety systems began failing, lane assist, automatic braking, etc, all malfunctioning.

As I was on my honeymoon, I didn’t want unnecessary stress, but they did absolutely nothing, not even offered a replacement vehicle.

To make things worse, at the end of the rental they fabricated false damage claims and tried to deduct money from my deposit. I lost hours proving there was no damage at all, and only after I threatened legal action did they back down and admit that I had caused no damage whatsoever.

If you want problems, lies, and frustration, then by all means rent from RENT LUX CAR.
Otherwise, stay away.

I was communicating with Lamar and Veronika, both of which were very professional and quick in their responses, same for the employees of the Athens department. Overall everything went smoothly with no unpleasant surprises, I recommend them and would definitely book with them again!

I hired an Aston Martin DBS from rent luxe car. They dropped it to my hotel in Paris and picked up again at the end. The driver was prompt and polite. The communication with the office was straightforward and prompt. I scrapped the wheel rim and could not find a petrol station at the end and what they charged was reasonable. I felt looked after by this company.

Fast, professional service. Car was delivered promptly and on time. Staff were all excellent and the quality of the car we rented was amazing. We would certainly is them again.
