Daniel was brilliant, came into my job to help us with an issue and had fully sorted it for us very quickly while explaining how to keep the issue at bay would definitely recommend

We had Louise on our Trio site in Letterkenny, she was extremely friendly to all the staff and conducted her work in a very professional manner. Louise informed me she had rebaited the boxes on site after she conducted her work. She's a great asset to Rentokil and look forward to having her back on our site.

Martin was brilliant. Took a call late in the evening after the hq gave us his name, and assured us he would get the service provided. Was friendly and helpful.

Mariette Gasparova was amazing. She took the time to really understand the rodent issue and guided us through to a successful removal and cure for the issue. I would highly recommend her.

Eoin Donnellan came into our shop to check on things and he did a thorough a job as always. He's really polite, friendly and timely and can't recommend his work enough - always very happy with the service, thank you!

I am running an organisation in Bandon and have Thomas Klein as technician. He services a small property with 9 houses on it, for us.

I cannot stress enough how good he is. Any worry that a resident or myself has is addressed straight away and our minds are put at ease. Our residents are elderly and vulnerable, it is important to have the right people on site. Thomas is always kind and helpful to them and cracks a little joke here and there which they find very amusing, as myself.

He comes regularly even if there is no other request or emergency which is great to see and good that everything is at check.

I cannot recommend Rentokil enough! Our technician, Darren Brewster, has been nothing but exceptional. We recently moved into our new home with two small dogs and a toddler. We noticed a tiny mouse scurrying across the kitchen floor near our toddler. That day, I rang Rentokil, the same day Darren arrived out. He was kind, professional, and thorough, and he put our minds at ease. The package we purchased runs over 21 days with typically three callouts to assess how the traps are getting on and to identify weak spots where mice may be getting in. But in the first week alone, almost every day, Darren checked in to see how things were going. When we had another sighting in a different area of the house, he called out that same day to lay new traps.

I have never left a review for any business before, but I felt I needed to leave this one.

Darran has been recently working at our house. He regularly checks in and is thorough. There’s been a significant decrease in rodent activity at our property. Very happy with his work and the service.

Evan and Darren, provided a good service. They solved the initial problem and provided good advice and follow up solutions.

Joe has been coming to the store for the past year now, very fast service , very professional always willing to help and give advice . Goes above and beyond the level of service you’d expect .Keeps all our records up to date and does an excellent job in keeping us free from any issues in store and always calls frequently to recheck for any issues if we do have any. Pleasant manner and explains all the options available.Great service and highly recommend

Stephen replaced Kamil earlier this year to service our Contract with Rentokil. I was worried as Kamil was excellent at his job however I am happy to say that Stephen is also excellent. He is professional, friendly and well trained. He completes his duties with good humour and efficiency and always tries to come when he can speak to me and report back on any issues that we might have. Thank you Stephen and thank you Rentokil for providing an excellent and much needed service. I have dated this review 1st April however the service is provided throughout the year under an Annual Contract.

Everybody was very efficient. Within a few hours, the contract was organised, and shortly after, they were on the premises organising the treatment. I used Rentokil in 2008 and stand by them again today for quick, reliable, professional services.

Stephen Dunne was so friendly, informative and professional. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Marriette called to our house to deal with a rats issue. She explained how she intended to deal with the problem and addressed our concerns in a calming manner. The issue was resolved thanks to her efficiency and knowledge of the job in hand. She was a pleasure to deal with.
