Excellent service by Rentokil. Had a wasp nest in cavity wall rang Rentokil who from start to finish explained everything to me. Sean Fitzsimons called out to house and explained what the process was and did a professional job and I have no problem since. He rang a week later to make sure all was OK.

Akos was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. His customer service and professionalism is second to none. I (Pam) was very anxious about the whole situation and Akos gave us time to explain everything and to reassure us on each of the 3 visits. He has a gorgeous manner and is excellent at his work. Rentokil are very lucky to have Akos on board and we are quite sure he will go up the ranks in no time in your company. Thank you again Akos. I had a childcare business which I closed at the end of June. I gave Rentokil plenty of notice about this however they still charged me for three months. I have spent about six weeks trying to get them to refund the money , I have sent three emails and made countless phone calls. In spite of the fact I have a name in the accounts dept, Claire, not one has been answered. Also before we closed, one of the agents came in and removed our fly catcher from the kitchen, compromising the safety of the kitchen. I will now be bringing them to the small claims court to get my money returned. Very unprofessional behaviour

When I phoned Rentokil the man in sales put me at my ease, listened carefully and calmed me down. Shortly afterwards Steven Herbert phoned me and came out to the house. He explained everything and was superb, the way he dealt with the situation putting down the equipment. We had all our visits, they dealt with the situation and the mice have gone. I cannot recommend Steven and Rentokil enough. They gave us peace of mind, were discrete and effective. Excellent service. The minute I contacted Rentokil, we were in good hands. I relaxed as they were so professional.

From the initial phone call to the final home visit staff were so helpful, kind, & professional. As someone living alone allowing strangers into my home is aways a concern. Rentokil's Mark gets 5 stars for explaining the plan, keeping to the plan, turning up when arranged & answering all my questions, giving me the reassurance I needed to feel I could not only deal with the present issue but prevent a future one. Top marks from me for a job well done.

Had a wasp nest in our garden shed under a load of stuff so had no idea what I was dealing with. Rang Rentokil on a Thursday due to the high number of good reviews, staff on the phone was extremely helpful and they were able to send a technician out Friday morning which was brilliant as a heat wave was starting over the weekend and really appreciated having my garden back for it. Was super fast and efficient, technician was brilliant and no wasps to be seen since. Highly recommend, price is very reasonable and whole thing was done in less than an hour.

Very easy company to deal with, Eoin Donnellan the technician is always very helpful and always answers the phone should i ever need to ring him.

Paid €500 to get a mouse problem under control and all they did was put traps and poison down. The only thing that was in anyway helpfull was telling us potential entry points which i had to fix myself anyway. Very dissapointed

I am extremely satisfied with the work of Alex Kovacs. He regularly performs Pest Control inspections for our company (Verizon), he is extremely reliable, accurate, conscientious and flexible.

Very Disappointing – Waste of Money and Time

I deeply regret hiring Rentokil. After charging €600, they completely failed to resolve a mouse infestation in my home. Despite two visits, the problem not only remained — it got worse. I was still seeing live mice and fresh droppings even after their so-called treatment.

What’s worse, I had to bring in an independent pest expert, who immediately found multiple access points Rentokil failed to detect or seal. This shows a clear lack of thoroughness and professionalism on their part.

Rentokil staff seem more focused on taking money than delivering real results. I raised concerns early on, but they just sent template replies and insisted I wait longer — while mice continued to roam my home. For €600, I expected a proper inspection, real pest control, and peace of mind. I got none of that.

Avoid at all costs. You're better off hiring a local, independent professional who actually cares about doing the job right.
