Good leads and easy to setup. Can't fault the system really. Would be good to get the full address of leads (currently it's just the postcode).

The best ROI Landlord Lead Generation we have used to date by a long way.
As a small agency with little to no brand awareness, this platform really was the catalyst to winning those initial instructions from cold customers.

As expected, not all of the leads are quality ones but the amount of fake accounts is surpringsly low. Even if this platform only generated a few converted leads a year it would be a good ROI, fortunately it does much more than that.

Steady stream of leads. Worth the monthly fee for sure. Defo recommend to agents out there.

Didn't have the best first two months, a few potential leads but a proportion of fake or uninterested leads. The third month saw things pick up, got 3 valuations, 2 led to instructions and 1 unfortunately fell through at the last minute. Now we get around 2 conversions a month is a great ROI on £59 a month.

Great way to attract new business. Consistently receiving 10-15 new leads every month with minimal upfront cost. The team are also helpful and responsive. Excellent service!

Free and quick to use. The comparison showed agents near me and their fees. I recommend not always going for the cheapest. Rentround helped by also showing how good agents are in terms of rent achieved and the time it took to let out

Rent Round has been so far the best investment we have done with our new estate agency.

We paid £29 for the 1st months and we received around 15 leads of which we win two instructions and we made £2500 Letting fee.

We're a small estate agency that started up a few months ago. After struggling with digital marketing and getting in leads, we eventually found Rentround. It's been a revelation and has helped our business greatly. We're paying for the lead boost service, paying per lead and it's removed us having to pay for marketing ourselves. A proportion of the leads aren't contactable or they provided incorrect details. However Raj (the founder of Rentround) was open about this from the start. But the good heavily outweighs the bad. We get 5-10 conversions a month across our tenant find and full managed services. I can't shout about how happy we've been with Rentround since joining and recommend any agent signing up and giving it a few months, it will give results.
