Very good interface for rental car return and other functions.I am happy that the customer filtration works better and visible price policy can be shown to everybody, without suspicion. There are some points to improve, which they are working on it.

Horrible experience working with rentsyst
basically im the owner of a software company that makes custom websites specifically for rent a car business. Working with rentsyst is a nightmare , they are a very limited system , that does not provide the basic for a rent a car to operate . for any requests that we need , changes on the API , small modifications , they responde always no and there is no way . We have a customer that use this system and basically nothing that he wants to do works ,

For a Developer/Software Engineer perspective , awful company to work it , horrible customer support , awful documentation , very poorly made , Your only option for payments is to use their own integration for payment gateways , does not allow any custom integration . they are not flexible in any way , they don't want to figure it out any solution to improve the clients life , they are just limited to the "No" and "Not possible" dictionary

For rental car perspective , they system is very cheap when compared with the competition , and there is a big reason why , is a very limited system , not scalable , and you will have headaches using this , is not user friendly at all , parameters for configuration stuff is all hidden and we need to always contact support in order to get stuff working

I don't recommend at all this company for the CRM of your rental car company , or for any software company that may wish to integrate with the system

AVOID at all costs , and don't pass for the trouble I passed

best software ever. ready to help you with whatever problem you have. you will always get help when you show them your problems. they will successfully give solutions to your problem. this software is a must have.

Best for money, love the UI and also love overall structure of the system. Easy to use and it means - easy to onboard managers to work with it. Also love the amount of preferences and flexibility in adding the pricing and discounts for units.
Also support service is really fast.

They also have technical improvements coming soon that will support more personal customization features, so this company is continuously improving its services.

It's a user friendly car rental software, easy to learn and with useful tools.
Easy to enter bookings into the system and simple to manage the reservations in the system.
We find rentsyst personel very attentive and resolve questions immediately.

This is the most completed system we found on the market. The othrs are complicated. Not user friendly. Expencive & not technologicaly updated.
