Highly highly recommend this service for anyone who wants to take their skincare seriously on a relative budget, and wants full transparency on what it will cost at every step of the way.
I look forward to my quarterly meetings with my expert, and because they’re on facetime, I can easily fit them into my busy life!
I actually really can’t imagine using skincare that is not approved by my Renude expert ever again…I trust them implicitly and have learned so much about what to do / not do to look after my skin. There’s so much b***s*** floating around these days about skincare and Renude cuts through all of that.

I wasn’t sure about Renude to start with, however, upon a recommendation from a friend, I gave it a go and haven’t looked back since. My skin feels great and since taking up the routines suggested by my Renude expert, I regularly receive comments about how much my skin is glowing (even in winter)! I would highly recommend Renude and only wish I’d found them earlier and paid more attention to my skincare years ago!

I've always been interested in skincare, tried lots of different products that never worked, and I didn't have a clue which ones were right for me. There are so many skincare products, and I had no idea where to start, what to use, what not to use, or what not to mix!

During 2020 I thought, I'll have a look to see what online (thanks covid) skin consultations there were, I want someone to tell me what to do. But, I found all the consultations online were affiliated with a brand (biassed). I just wanted a non-biassed neutral third party to tell me what to use.

I asked and Google delivered Renude at the top of my search. And I've never looked back and I've been a customer ever since. Started off with some skin consultations with an expert, and I bought the products.

2 years down the line and I have never been happier with my skin. People constantly tell me how good and healthy my skin looks. I love how you can tell Renude your budget, my cleanser is £12!!!

The subscription is £20 a quarter, which can be redeemed against skincare products. I spend that anyway on skincare, so why not get the added bonus of expert advice? I can't see a reason I would ever not be a customer at Renude!

My skin consultant Melody is great, she’s responsive and knows what I need. I’ve gotten a lot from becoming a member.

Been using Renude since about November and as someone who doesn't really know anything about skincare its been a great way to completely avoid all the basic mistakes and go straight to the winning formula.

Shirin has always been really informative and helpful when it came to deciding which products to use - being able to order directly in the platform is also handy when I'm feeling lazy!

Initial consultation was very helpful and I got my skincare routine on the same day. However the customer support since then has been non-existent. I have messaged with therapist using the chat and emailed the customer support team and keep getting an 'out of business hours' email. It's been over a week and still no response.
