Very frustrating - Placed an order March 9th, I thought I was ordering from a company in the USA, received tracking the next day, the shipment came from Hong Kong - then got stuck at customs on March 13th because they didn’t include the correct paperwork. I’ve had to follow up 5 times now, April 1st today, still no resolution: they just give lip service, make no effort to resolve the issue. They even told me to call FedEx - which I did, and they told me the shipper needed to provide the missing info. Going to need to charge it back…
Update - April 2 - After posting the above - to their credit they took immediate action - I received an apology email this morning - they classified my order as lost and refunded - and are apparently sending a replacement free of charge as a customer satisfaction gesture. I wish I didn’t need to resort to a 3rd party site to get a resolution, but end of the day they are now taking action. Will update if I get the replacement.
Update - April 7th - Replacement order shipped from USA arrived. I appreciate that they took action and resolved my issue and got me the product.

Renue by Science used to be called Alive by Nature, back when it first started about 9-10 years ago. I've been a customer with them for 9 years now.
Not long after they rebranded to Renue by Science, they started a base in Australia where they manufacture NMN pure powder. They also have a base in Hong Kong. Then the delivery delays started. No biggy unless you're in a rush to get your supply of NMN pure powder.
My most recent order included my usual NMN Pure Powder 100g, Resveratrol 100g and Fisetin. Firstly, they sat on my order for 6 days. They did nothing until I had to chase them. They apologised with some excuse about system error, which is stale news. They refunded my shipping cost.
Then came the shocker. When I opened up the jar of NMN Pure Powder, the powder was a pale cream colour, not the usual white colour. And it smelled awfully rancid. The expiry was Sep 2026. I have photos of them.
Renue's products generally have a shelf life of 2 years. The Resveratrol will expire in Jul 2028. The Fisetin will expire in Aug 2028. So these 2 items were OK.
So, it begs the question - WHY did they send a product which is soon to expire ? And the only way NMN powder can be degraded is if it's been exposed to high heat, moisture, air exposure. The jar was unopened, properly sealed. So, the only way it could have degraded was either the item sat in a blazing hot warehouse and/or it was NOT manufactured to the usual standards. Worst case - perhaps it wasn't even NMN !
So, buyers, beware. There are lots of other suppliers these days as compared to 10-15 years ago. If Renue continues down this path, they will lose customers fast, to their competitors.
Update 24 Feb 2026: I've just provided you with my order number, name and phone number, on this platform. Please check on your end.
Further Update 26 Feb 2026: Renue created a new order to replace the degraded NMN Pure Powder on 22 Feb 2026. FedEx did not pick it up until 24 Feb 2026. FedEx informed me that I'll receive my order on 25 Feb 2026. I received a notification from FedEx early this morning that my order has now been delayed.
This is NOT the first time that my orders have been delayed, ever since Renue established a base in Hong Kong and Australia. Back in the days when they were still known as Alive by Nature, all orders were produced and shipped from the U.S. Times have changed. So, time to move on.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Was a loyal customer since they started and were called AliveByNature (2017). Placed orders in 11/2025, no problem, went to place an order on 2/10/26 and it immediately was cancelled and refunded by them. I alerted them, they claimed it was it was lack of funds on my card, when I had more than sufficient. Tried paypal, shoppay, two different cards, etc. and same thing happened each time. They kept telling me it was my card and the story then changed from lack of funds, to it was their card approval service softward had marked it as suspected fraud. Called my bank, Visa, no problems there, all was good according to them, no suspected fraud reported, in fact they both said it was an error with Renue's approval software, and/or, they had blocked my card themselves. Grant is a real piece of work, a know it all. Don't complain about one of their products , they will block you. BTW, double check their 3rd party certifications. Ended up buying a better product elsewhere with the same credit card and no "suspected fraud alert" on my transaction, it went right through. Wow, what a shock, just as my bank said, no fraud. Overpromise on products, underperform on service. Something is fishy!
My order didn't arrive so I contacted this company and they immediately sent a replacement order. However, later that afternoon my order arrived via USPS with a torn shipping label. I immediately contacted Renue to cancel my replacement order, but they said it had already been sent and that I could keep it at no charge. I really appreciate their great customer service.
High quality supplements that work!! I just wish they had better sales on the items I buy, but the fact that they don't probably confirms that it's high quality! I started using this company after another supplier significantly dropped in quality. Happy with Renuebyscience.
Unproffessional customer service by Grant H. Instead of just answering question about the product he question’s why you even asked that because he thinks it’s obvious. Never encountered such immature behaviour in customer service. Havn’t tried products.

I'm using both the NmN kit and the skin renewal kit. I have experience improvement over a 3 month period. I'm nearly 60 and I'm still fencing with 20 yr old fencers and beating them. I have no aches and pains, still running strong. Skin is more supple and fine lines were reduced. Memory is excellent, thinking quicker and in the zone better while in battle with the epee.
I’m feeling a lot better after having a traumatic brain injury years ago! Ever since starting Renue By Science products things are becoming easier! Such as joint pain, talking, breathing, sleeping, and I’m sure more that I haven’t noticed yet.
Due to a lag in my online request for an earlier subscription delivery date, I knew I was going to run out of product. Renue responded to my follow-up email with a UPS 2 Day Delivery of the product. This was such a nice surprise. Customer service at its best.
Over the past few years, I’ve ordered from Renue By Science many times, including through a subscription, and the customer experience has consistently been an issue. They frequently run out of stock even when you’re on an active subscription, and customer service rarely responds to basic inquiries.
Most recently they started charging me sales tax on their website with zero explanation. I asked about it and was completely ignored. What makes it worse is that the same products sold through Amazon still show no sales tax, so the pricing discrepancy makes no sense. For years I was never charged tax on their site — now the total cost keeps increasing without any communication or justification.
It’s disappointing because the products are fine, but the way they treat customers and the lack of transparency has been an ongoing problem.

My order came in a timely manner and as ordered. I have not had the products but a couple of weeks. I purchased the Pure MNN powder. The powder simple to take and am already feeling an increase in energy. Looking forward to the next few months.
This was my first order. It came without any issues. Im using my product now but only a couple of days. I will use this service again if my product work for me.
I still have not received the product from the first order that never arrived.
