This is an excellent program🤩 — you’ll learn almost everything you need. The coaches follow up with you step by step, and all of them are truly amazing. They put me on the right path toward a successful future. They supported me in every way, and I was very happy to be part of this program. Thanks to it, I now have my own business and my own company.💪😁

When I started this course, I already had a solid foundation in place for my business, but I quickly realized there was still so much more to learn. Coach Dave has been incredibly supportive — attentive, insightful, and always willing to help. The REPP community is also a huge asset. Anytime I have a question, I get multiple helpful responses the same day. I’m still in the early stages of growing my business, but by consistently following REPP’s steps, I’m starting to see real results.

I had the idea to start a real estate photography business in the summer of 2024. I bought a new camera and even watched a few Youtube videos, but my business stayed just that, an IDEA. Getting started felt overwhelming. Could I have done it on my own? Maybe, but it probably would have never happened. REPP laid out a checklist that was easy for me to follow and the next thing I knew my business was up and running! Having the community to bounce ideas off of is invaluable. The daily coaching calls are extremely useful too.

Is REPP a magic bullet that will make you successful overnight? It is not. You will have to work extremely hard, but if you do the things that are taught you will succeed. I still have my full time job so trying to squeeze all of this into my life has been hard, but its been so worth it!

Frankly, when I was first signing up I questioned whether I was letting myself get scammed! I'm here to tell you, REPP is legit and the program works if you're willing to invest the time and energy.

If you want to start a real estate media business, REPP is the way to go! They've been instrumental in helping us get our business off the ground! And we will continue to use them in the future to scale our business to the level we want!

We started in January of 2025 with $0 in revenue and ended June with $8,250 in revenue. We can attribute that to following the guidelines and proven methods that REPP teaches. They've set everything up so it's easy to know exactly what to do to get everything set up correctly. There is no guesswork! All it takes is putting in the work to make it grow! And the cool thing is, even by doing the minimum amount of work, we surpassed the $5,000/month guarantee for LAUNCH.

We took out a loan to pay for REPP coaching, and our business has paid for every payment. We haven't paid a dime out of our own pocket. Not saying that will be the case for everyone, but even if we had to make those payments, we know the business works! It is so incredible to see how quickly it works if you put in the "repp"s! Ask questions, be coachable, and take the risk! It is WORTH IT!!!!

Plus, you get one on one coaching with amazing coaches, and access to group coaching where you can ask any question and get the support you need! We loved our first coach Robyn, and we love our new coach Rayana as well! She has been instrumental in keeping us accountable, answering our questions, encouraging us, and providing valuable insight into growing a legitimate business.

Not to mention, you get access to an AMAZING community filled with like-minded people, all building real estate media businesses. It's amazing to be able to draw on their knowledge and experiences. REPP literally gives you everything you need to succeed plus more. Truly life changing and SO SO worth it!

My coach, Rayana has been a great sounding board and cheerleader for pushing through my checklists. Beneta has been giving great pointers for our test shoots and we have improved vastly. Group calls with Jeremy and Shannon have been a good way to connect with others and ask all of the questions with people who have gone through the process. Even the live calls with Todd (Spiro) and Eli (REPP founder) were stellar.

The interview was great everything that was said to me made sense and I could understand rather easily. I was told what I need and what I can do to get where I need to/ want to go which was very helpful, I enjoyed the interaction.

The whole process of joining REPP initially started as me trying to find an additional niche for my media company to focus on. Thought that if we photographed hotels already, it would be an easy transition to taking photos for Realtors. Was really hoping for nothing more than a few insights on how to connect with Realtors and start setting up photo shoots. Luckily, I was able to learn so much more during my six months in the program.

Even though our photos were always well received by clients, there was thought or system behind it. We hoped the photos we took were good, we guessed at what shots we should get, but most importantly, I had no way of teaching anyone new to our company how to replicate the shots I was getting. REPP's training system has not only made me a better photographer by explaining some basic principles and camera settings to me, but also gave us a process that is replicable and allow our business to scale.

Additionally, I always counted on networking and referrals to grow our business. While this allowed me to build a mildly successful media company, again there was no system in place so we could reach out to a wider audience and scale the business. I could only talk to so many people over the course of a week so our growth was limited. The client acquisition strategies REPP has developed were the missing piece to growing our business and allow us to train others to perform allowing me to focus on other parts of operating my business.

I cannot thank REPP and my coach, Dave Franklin, enough for the guidance and training they have provided throughout this program. This has changed all aspects of how my company will do business in the future.

I found REPP through Eli Jones Youtube channel. Honestly, I was just looking at what I could do with a drone for real estate videos and photos when he opened my eyes to an entire career path. It only took three days of binge-watching his channel's content to take the dive. REPP's coaching program "LAUNCH," for those new to real estate media, is the best of so many worlds. I've gotten personal one-on-one coaching and connection from day one (even the no-pressure interview calls, which I appreciated... I hate sales tactics.). The program features a robust training system, daily group Zoom calls, multiple sessions per day if desired, experienced coaches, group chats for both specific and general topics, and much more. The CRM they provide is free and really impressive. The platform that hosts sales and bookings doesn't charge a monthly fee, but instead charges per transaction, similar to Stripe. Honestly, it's the most practical way to start this business as far as I can tell, and I get to meet dozens and dozens of people who are doing it with me. Just phenomenal. So far, so good. I'm still learning... still getting things set up, but the proof is in the pudding.

The REPP program has absolutely met every expectation that was set by Eli and the marketing team has set for all the good and benefit they speak of!
