Good products but sam is an absolute nightmare. He's rude and obnoxious. Spent a lot of money with them in just a couple of weeks, but i will never give them another dime. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY OPERATION.

Ordered a couple revolvers for a gift/cosplaying event. This guy Sam Reed had me email him verifying then call him. Then he wants me to print out a form stating I ordered it and send him the signed document. Felt like I was buying a real gun or something with all the bs this guy was making me do.

I do not understand why people are giving this company a 1-star. They were nothing but great, great communication, fast shipping. And ended up with a great product for a fair price.

I’m pretty sure it’s a scam site it lets you input your card info with exp date but does not have a place for the cvv I hit purchase to try and get it to place the order it does a lot of buffering then the purchase button is highlighted again like I never did it beware!

I tried for 2 days to order a product but wouldn't ask for my CVV # so it wouldn't process my order. I called the company and left a message and nothing. Is it a fraudulent company. Can't order or get in touch, feels like a scam to me.

I just recently bought a EKOL jackal dual compact and it is a piece of trash full auto fires 3 shot and stove pipes off the jump every time I'm about to give it away just all around junk won't be buying another one

I placed an order on Thursday. I got a confirmation email soon after thanking me for my order. Also told me I would get additional info when my order shipped. I called on Monday after not receiving shipping information. I was told because I was a new customer they needed to verify my info. Why didn’t they call me the next day. Why did they wait for ME to call them. Now I would never get it delivered on time. Sam , who I spoke to would rather cancel my order than find out how to make things right for me. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time on this guy or his company.

Good selection, very fair prices and the items are good quality. Shipping was fast with only 3 days. Will buy from again

I wish I could leave less than one star! Absolutely terrible customer service. Sent the wrong item and Sam Reed acted like it was my fault and claimed I just didn't know how to use the item and refused to correct their error without sending them multiple pics of the discrepancy. I'm an armorer on several films and have spent over $725.00 with them on replica weapons in the last 8 months only to have Sam treat me like a baby treats a diaper. I'll never do business with "Replica Weaponry" again!

‘Customer service’ is INCREDIBLY RUDE and condescending. Not even slow shipping, just NO shipping. Ordered from them nearly a month ago and the it still says ‘label printed USPS awaiting item.’ Bad customer service, incredibly long shipping times. All in all a terrible experience. I would NEVER order from them again.

I have no idea where these reviews came from, but these guys are amazing.

Sam is always responsive, I seldom remember anyones name due to how many I meet and I’ll remember Sam R. for always taking initiative.

One thing seriously impressed me was when I’d placed a couple of orders and he called not only to verify that they weren’t an error before even charging me, but also rearranged those two orders to accommodate a pre-order and save on shipping costs.

I ended up placing 3 more orders cuz they are killers; no embellishment - real people.

Appreciate them I’m sure it’s not my last time ordering from their store.

This guy Sam was extremely rude and pushed to cancel order so I did. Do not order from this place. He said it was due to fraud but I communicated back and forth through email and tried calling. Very rude and he was glad once order eas cancelled. Beware!!

Bought over 500$ worth of items, a dual holster purchased didn't fit. Talked to "MOTOR MOUTH SAM" who said go ahead and ship back, we'll reimburse the shipping cost. refund took forever, almost a month. All he did was cry about short staff. (Lol very short staff of you ask me) Emails didn't even work, A MAN'S WORD IS HIS BALLS! that being said, he needs to find his. Great items, sorry excuse for a sales person. I personally won't buy here again. Good at giving you the run around. Customer service: EPIC FAIL!
