REP Provisions is a direct-to-consumer meat delivery company. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef, soy and corn free pork and lamb. We also provide no-soy pasture-raised chicken. All of our animals are free from antibiotic and mRna vaccines. Our farms are chemical free meaning we don't use fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Our mission is to regenerate America's grasslands and improve ecosystem health by supporting local regenerative farms to build a more resilient and transparent food system. We have been safely delivering regenerative, nutrient-dense clean protein to 48 states for more than 5 years.

We were overall pleased with what we received. One of the filets honestly didn’t look like a filet but we trust that it is. Our only real complaint is that two of the packages have had a hole in them somewhere because when thawing blood leaked out everywhere. Now I thaw the meat in a bowl as a precaution.

Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re happy you were overall pleased and so sorry about the leaking packages and your concern with the filet. Inside each box, we include a paper called “Good Things to Know” with important information about your products when they arrive. One of the things we explain is that the packaging can become brittle from the extreme cold and develop small holes as the frozen products move against each other during transit. For this reason, we recommend placing a plate underneath the meat while thawing to catch any leaks. We’re very sorry for the mess this caused! We support small family owned processors who hand cut our steaks, so there can be some variation in shape and appearance. We would love for you to reach out with a photo of the filet so we can better understand what you received. Thank you for supporting our small family farms and regenerative agriculture. Chuck roast usually needs to cook low and slow until it becomes fork tender, but we would love to know how you prepared it so we can better understand your experience. Quick response. Meat was frozen upon arrival. Meat was very tasty but not as soft as I am used to. Easier to digest without the sweats that can come from eating beef. I can tell its less inflammatory. I'm sensitive to foods that can cause inflammation.

Very prompt, courteous customer service!!! First order UPS delayed by so long my meat was delivered thawed and stinky! Filled out claim and called them to which they responded pretty quickly and my new box is on the way! Praying it arrives today and intact!
