We are an advertising agency. We have used RepSpert twice now to take down fake reviews posted on a client website. The first time they took down one fake review in less than 48 hours. The second time RepSpert took down a total of 7 fake reviews in about three days. We were billed exactly as outlined in our agreement. Edmund, our rep, kept us well-informed. We are very happy with this company & have referred them to friends and clients.

I cannot say enough great things about the people at Repspert. Thanks to them several false and defamatory one star reviews were removed within days of my request. I've wasted hours trying to get through to Google to remove these reviews because they violate their own guidelines all to no avail. Repspert only charges if they are successful, unlike other companies that want you to sign up for a "program" for a monthly fee so they can "monitor" your online presence but give no guarantee of success. Repspert it worth every penny.

I was an amazed how fast RepSpert assisted us in removing some ugly language and false narrative by troubled human things. My firm is very accommodating and caring. We hired Dandy for a years and they could not do in a year what RepSpert did in less than 10 days. Action speaks louder than words. RepSpert is all about Action. I am very happy to leave a positive review when a company does exactly what they promised. My firm was plagued by a one star review we believe was left by a competitor. I repeatedly asked my marketing firm to get it removed. I appealed to Google and was rejected. I was contacted by Gab at RepSpert who promised that the review would be removed or we pay nothing. I too have been constantly spammed by these guys with their canned emails sent to many of the clients I serve through my work at an agency.

I've personally received multiple emails via an address that was *clearly* scraped from our client's websites (essentially like webmaster @ webagency .com) We know it's scraped because the address is not used anywhere else.

This is very ironic considering that part of our work as an marketing and web development agency for our clients is properly triaging any negative reviews that may arise.

So they're basically spamming the clients of their competition to their competition themselves.

The message I always receive is:

Wanted to reach out as we are a content removal agency, and worked with many client's to ethically remove unfounded / defamatory reviews.

Most of our removals are successful within 7 days, and there are no up-front or hidden fees.

(We have a 'No Removal, No Fee' policy to ensure you only pay once the review is removed)

Received the email below from this person/website/business (I am not a "team" and I have no negative reviews):

"Hey team,

EDIT: The insulting comment from the website in response to my opinion (that has since been removed) further demonstrates that these morons are spammers. I have NO negative google reviews, so why are you bothering me? Unsolicited email that I have to unsubscribe from when I never subscribed? Nonsense, that is spam. Why trust a business that is clueless? Don't like the customer response? Don't send out nonsense - that's why your emails are marked spam.
