Reputance initially removed a 1 star review that was completely inaccurate. However after I paid $500 for services, the 1 star review reappeared only a few days later. I asked Reputance to look into this and fix it or issue a refund and they have done nothing. Do not recommend.

I hired them to remove 4 negative Google reviews. They did show me they were removed. They have now come back. I asked for them to remove them again or refund my money. They refused to do either. They are scammers. Watch out!

We hired this company to remove some reviews, and they did quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the reviews were back up 3 weeks later and the money we spent is gone, not to be returned.

Replace is fantastic. They removed three fake reviews written by paiple who never received my services in a snap - after Google let them sit there for years. 4.9 is way better than 4.8!!

The place is an absolute scam. Get the reviews down for a small amount a time, take your money, then the reviews come back. Completely dishonest company and people!
