I have personally talked to people within this organization and I now have concluded that this organization is a serious organization with people who are fair and honest. I had a little communication issue during the process but that was resolved.

STAY AWAY, FRAUD, AND SCAM. I saw Reputation Guards advertisement on Instagram. I talked to a real human being first several times on phone. They gave a guaranteed contract to remove deflamatory material. Then at 30 days nothing was done. They stopped answering phone calls. They stopped answering emails.

I reached out for help with review management but ended up using several of their services. From cleaning up outdated search results to improving our Google profile visibility, the team was professional and responsive. They don’t just focus on one thing—they actually look at your reputation from every angle, which was exactly what I needed.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company for quite some time now—through multiple phone calls and emails—but no one has responded. It's incredibly frustrating when you're genuinely trying to do business or get support and you're met with complete silence. A company that doesn’t prioritize communication is not one I can recommend. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements soon.

We are actually in shock. They deleted three negative articles pretty quickly (2 months). We’ve already tried a few different companies. Nothing was working And these were unfounded lies. You guys helped us get our business back. Some links had to be buried because deletion was impossible.

Can’t say enough about this organization. I had many videos on YouTube that were false videos that were really hurting my reputation. All fake accounts and I tried for two years to get many different reputation companies to help and none of them could get them down until I met Jonathan. He told me he could get it done. At first I didn’t believe him but it didn’t take long for him to make good on his promise. They literally accomplished what I thought was the impossible. I can’t recommend them enough.
