Inefficient sellers who use YODEL
9/April/25 This company uses YODEL ( enough said) Bought two items with them through eBay, both got lost in courier system. “Customer Services” not really interested, sending me sarcastic message telling me that I had to fill in a “Denial of receipt form” via a “link” that wasn’t supplied. All delay tactics. This wasn’t my job to do, as the responsibility is the seller’s to locate their lost merchandise. The tracking alone would demonstrate that the packages never arrived to their destination. When it came to refunds, reskinned only refunded one item. Therefore, ebay had to step in. A lot of wasted time trying to communicate with Yodel, seller and eBay. The whole experience was like having a tooth extraction with no anaesthetic.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience—it’s absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it is when deliveries go wrong, and we completely agree that receiving your items should never feel like a tooth extraction.
We use Yodel for many of our deliveries, and while the vast majority go smoothly, it’s clear that in this case, something went very wrong. We appreciate your feedback, and we’re actively reviewing our courier processes to prevent situations like this from happening again.
Regarding the Denial of Receipt form, we’re sorry for any confusion caused—we understand that missing information or tone in communication can make things more difficult, and we’ll be looking into how we can make that process clearer and more supportive in the future.
As for the refund, we're glad to see that both items have now been refunded, though we’re sorry it took longer than it should have. We appreciate your patience while that was resolved, and we understand how frustrating it must’ve been to chase this up across multiple channels.
