I am filing a complaint against Parimatch for unethical and fraudulent practices regarding stuck withdrawals. My two withdrawal requests, ₹2800 and ₹2460, have been pending for several days with no resolution, despite repeated follow-ups. Their customer support provides only generic, copy-pasted replies with no real solutions, and this issue appears to affect thousands of users facing similar delays with deposits and withdrawals. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s financial integrity. I demand an immediate resolution of my pending withdrawals, a clear explanation for the delays, and assurances that such issues will not occur in the future. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to regulatory authorities, legal bodies, and public forums. I request Resolver UK to assist in addressing this issue and ensuring Parimatch is held accountable.

I used Resolver for my PPI claims a few years ago. They had an easy to follow template, provided a simple platform I could use to track my claims and provided ample information on what to do if you needed to take a claim further. It was easy, informative and helped me reclaim a lot of missed money. I live in Cyprus now, so wasn't even aware I was able to claim until I found Resolver! Very helpful, would recommend to anyone.

Finally got a response to my complaints after struggling to find contacts through the company’s website. I also received a full refund. This is the second time this company have assisted me.

I have used Resolver in the past and they have been very helpful providing information as to how to resolve an issue. However unlike many other people I am fully aware that I received my help without paying Resolver, and that as a free service they are restricted as to how far they can realistically go in order to help resolve issues. I have found it to be a very useful service and would recommend them without question to anyone who needs advice on how to resolve their issue. Ps ignore the date as I cannot remember sorry will have to check.

Absolutely brilliant service and I recommend Resolver to everyone. We really need a consumer advocate and Resolver is perfect. I have now complained, via the platform, to three different companies. All three only responded to my complaint when I did this and I want to sincerely thank Resolver for such an excellent and professional service.

Twice I have had issues with Vodafone with no response from them.
Once I submitted a Resolver complaint Vodafone customer services responded with emails and telephone calls.

In mid-late 2023, I was confused and unsure of my rights with regards to some extreme delay claims that I against an American airline.
A friend suggested that I consult with Resolver.
I am ever so grateful for the advice I received and the voluntary follow up that ensued. I can’t believe that all the advice was given free.
I have no hesitation in recommending Resolver for any matters at dispute with companies.

Had an issue with a well known utility supplier after moving home with the initials BG. Getting nowhere with them I turned to Resolver who , in a nutshell basically, contacted them with my case and in a relatively short time provided a resolution.Needless to say,I moved energy supplier with a 5* service.

Excellent service - took me nearly 18 months to sort mums electric bill with SSE and OVO energy who took over. 12 months of escalations false promises and no calls back after spending hours waiting . Thankfully I decide to use Resolver - I can’t rate high enough. Factual, empathetic, professional and got things sorted for us. The were persistent and achieved a better outcome than I would have gone on my own. Please support this fantastic service.

I just got an email from resolver telling me how many people they helped and asking for a contribution....WELL, I got no help, automated emails no human contact. They neither contact vinted or Evri, who I had the problem with, and guess what their emails are also no reply. Too many dates to put into the box for when this problem happened and its still ongoing.

Booked to fly Heathrow to New York, back in 2018, but our outbound was delayed 8 hours for tech reasons. Claimed a refund on return to UK but BA rejected our claim. Long story short; Resolver gave us letter templates and after several to & fros BA finally coughed up. Couldn’t have done it without Reselvers help.
