i am a chemically sensitive person who usually uses Cambridge Masks in public places. But I read about Respo masks and got interested because they have special filters for multiple chemical sensitivity.

DO NOT even try them!

I went to their website, read up on the mask and filters and chose the one for MCS. I was able to order the mask by just reading about the size. It seemed very easy and straight forward. But.. when the mask arrived, it is TINY. I could not fit my face into it but of course it is not returnable once it is opened. I go to their return policy and it says 'we ask that you contact us with exact biometrics to get the size right'. IT IS A LIE. I ORDERED THE MASK and NO WHERE during that process, did it say that if this is my first time to email my biometrics. It should have been made very clear at step 1 and made into a requirement.

So the mask is understandably not returnable, but the worst part is that it is FULL of chemicals. I was hit so hard by that mask because it has chemicals in it. may be it is the colour of the mask or where it is stored, but it is undeniably loaded with chemicals. I regret ever buying it.

on top of that they gave me a wrong size filter. I ordered a small mask & filter and they sent small mask and medium size filters.

so disappointing and frustrating because it was supposed to be specifically for chemically sensitive people.

unfortunately there is nothing better than Cambridge Masks for people like myself.

Do not contract this business. Respiro provided a factually deficient report to local government that has created significant risk of harm to local businesses, ratepayers, and customers in a remote rural Australian community.

Respiro blatantly stated that services offered by local businesses did not exist, and proposed services to the local government at an installation cost massively inflated compared to that achieved by existing local businesses.
