Have shopped here on numerous occasions for my grandson whom is delighted with everything from here. Have also shopped online the staff are always helpful and give great customer service. It’s a delight to see a young independent retailer doing great hope it continues.

Non existent gift cards
Totally disappointed in my experience with your company. I purchased gift cards only to get a text message from them with 2 codes despite there being no point until the text that told you it wouldn't be physical cards ,then can't get refund from you except for the £5.95 you had the cheek to charge for delivery 😡

New Shop
My son and I queued for the new shop opening. Finlay came out and thanked everyone. What a lovely young man. Really friendly and had time for everyone. Spoke to everyone. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They know their products.

Visited the new store in St Enoch and…
Visited the new store in St Enoch and the shop was looking good. Finlay helped my son with getting sizes and he was really helpful and friendly. Clothing is good quality aswell.

I ordered 2 items from them
I ordered 2 items from them, top and bottoms the top I needed in a small size returned it the next day, they don't provide lables for returns had to pay for it, once they recived it was told sorry can't exchange for a smaller size with out a tag which clearly wasn't send I sent it back the same way it arrived, got in touch with Customer service and not helpfull at all I sent the item back recorded delivery too the fallowing day, still was told tough luck won't be buying from these lot again will tell my friends too

Received my first order from these guys…
Received my first order from these guys and would 100% recommend them to everyone, fast delivery. Had a slight error on my order but within the hour it was rectified quickly and the missing item sent out the next day! Definitely be using them from now on.

Great experience. Ordered nike miller t shirt arrived within 2 days which was earlier than I expected. Item was great no issues at all. It was my first order, will 100% ordering again cheers.

Such a disappointment
Despite placing an order in excess of £435 which obviously included Nike AirMax 95 Mandarins. I was initially advised that the order would be split so that items would be delivered quickly. However it became clear that the trainers were not in stock. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue via email I was eventually advised that the trainer would not be available for a further couple of weeks. I then decided to cancel the trainers and lost the discount. The next day I was told that the trainers were now available but that would mean I would have to pay twice the amount because the refund takes two weeks to process.
The website should clearly indicate if items are not in stock and they should not take payment until they are available. I was told that out of stock items are delivered by suppliers normally within two days, however in this instance it would be weeks. I personally would not use this store again. It was such a disappointment.
