Restoke has been awesome, we’ve been using for 2+ years now and it’s significantly improved our systems and oversight from recipe costing, inventory and ordering perspective.

predatory. do not use. We had what seemed like a positive experience during the initial trial period, however setup was taking FOREVER. It's clunky and you have to do everything manually (the AI is a joke, it doesn't auto-read anything. It doesn't scrub your email for invoices like it claims. You have to do it all - just like a free spreadsheet, but for hundreds a month? yeah.)
They claimed they "fixed the bug" with that, and offered us to try 3 more months at a deep discount. We naively agreed to that 3 months (not more, not a plan, not a subscription.) However, 3 months came and went with no improvement - setup still horribly incomplete - aka ZERO ROI or proof of concept, still after almost 4 months. Then, without warning, notification, or invoicing... bam! a huge credit card charge (more than triple what we agreed to for the 3 months.) I emailed back immediately, noting that we had NOT agree to a further extension, nor to that price. They refused to reverse the charge or cancel our service. They offered a pittance of a discount on a future month. Predatory practices. Do not trust, do not use.

UPDATE: after initiating a dispute through my credit card, and sharing this review with the company, they did suddenly/finally agree to process a refund. So if you do decide to try them out, do your best to protect yourself and your billing, and know that if they charge you without your consent, it won’t be enough to reach out to customer service and ask for a correction. They won’t refund you until you take a more active approach such as charge disputes and bad reviews. Fwiw.

Do allocate sufficient time and manpower to set it up correctly- but luckily support has bene great in assisting. once set up it's a great tool and will eliminate so many manual processes!

I have had a great experience so far with Restoke.ai. They have a great support team with knowledgable training. When I've been working on setting up the system and their chat line is closed for the day I can use the help icon and type in my issue and so far it has been spot on with all the "how to's". Everyone I have spoken to since I signed on has been professional and friendly. I believe this system has everything I need to run my coffee shop, and the price point is not out of this world! It has many features that I cannot wait to access when I set up the system.

Easy to use and great in the kitchen. Only issue I had was that it is not completely compatible with iOS and I have to go on to the web version to access recipes.

Also, a lot of the measurements are in Freedom units with no Metric equivalent. Apart from that its great.

All of the team at Restoke are amazing. They are all so ready to lend an ear and help you get started. The information I have learned so far has been wonderful, and the more I use it the better I like it.

We've been using Restoke for quite a few years now. The service is great and if you have a problem it's often solved really quickly. I love how Restoke helps us manage everything with our Restaurant from compliance, procedures, recipe costing and helping us check our suppliers pricing so we don't miss the price increases. We've really only just scratched the surface but Restoke is very powerful and a great tool for any Hospo business.

We have only been using Restoke for a few weeks, but first impressions are good. This will be a very sharp tool in our tool belt, keeping an eye on the numbers when we don't have a great deal of time to do it ourselves.
