For years, I was doubtful about the effectiveness of therapy, but in 2018, I realized I needed someone to talk to as I was struggling. Nordia turned out to be a beacon of hope during that difficult time. Her patience and empathy made a tremendous impact on me, and I knew from our initial session that I had chosen wisely. The gradual and methodical approach she used empowered me and instilled the confidence I needed to tackle my challenges, skills I continue to use daily. Initially I felt anxious about starting sessions but as soon as they were underway I was completely reassured. Nordia was patient and attentive and the sessions felt productive. Support was offered in a way that encouraged me to be proactive and intentional about my well being. Overall I am grateful for my experience and would definitely recommend the service to others.

The service was very professional and I felt very catered for and my needs where listened to and the therapies made such a difference to my mental well being! So I’m very happy
