I have been working with the Personal Trainer and Owner of Results Wellness Solutions Tom 3 days a week for over 18 months. He created a program based on my needs and the goals I wanted to achieve. As he helps me achieve and exceed my goals, Tom adjusts the program. What a difference he had made in my life. He brings the gym and equipment to me in the privacy of my home. Working with Tom is the best investment I have ever made in myself. He truly cares about his clients! He by far is the best trainer I have ever worked with
