They will make you very stressed about a payment you did not want to make. I just wanted a single resume, which I thought was a 1,500 KRW one-off payment. I did not really use their service after that. And then I got a message that 59,000 KRW had been paid and that I had been signed up for unlimited service. I tried to cancel the subscription, and a pop-up appeared about the 'ultimate interview' guide. I pressed 'continue ', and then another 11,900KRW was paid immediately. How come pressing the 'continue' button just takes money out of your card? I don't even know how they can keep accessing my card. It is a lot of money, especially when you are unemployed and trying to get a job. How could they fool and trick people like this? This seems very unethical. I have emailed them to request a refund and am waiting for a reply. I would like to know where I can report the case if they decline the refund. It is very stressful and actually scary.

* Update: I just got an email simply saying they cannot refund my payment. They said they can assure me my 'subscription' was cancelled. Should I be grateful to these scammers? It is ridiculous. I will have to report this to my card company and seek legal advice.

And it is very sad. ResumeBird, you guys are taking advantage of people going through a dark phase in their lives. I hope karma gets you.

トライアルの説明だけで、自動移行と移行後の料金の説明はなし。ResumeBirdのアカウントを発行せずにこれが起きます。2度返金を求めましたが初めて見る利用規約を盾に返金を拒否されました。

今まで使ったサービスの中でもトップレベルで悪質で、悪意のある企業です。転職活動という人生の節目に立つ人にとって最も煩わしいノイズになるので、関わってはいけません。

Templates are modern looking. AI suggestions sometimes too generic for specialized fields but for normal jobs works fine… Support responded quickly when I had a question about downloading in Word format.

私はResumeBirdに80円を支払いましたが、その後、同意した認識のないサブスクリプション料金として7,100円を請求されました。

80円は返金されましたが、7,100円の返金問題は未解決です。

カード発行会社から、異議申し立ては取り下げられたと説明を受けました。しかし、取り下げをResumeBirdに伝えてから14営業日が経過しても、返金されませんでした。

ResumeBirdは当初、取り下げを認識したと回答し、自社システム上で異議申し立てが終了扱いになれば返金すると約束しました。しかし、その後は矛盾について明確な説明をしないまま、異議申し立ては依然として継続中だと主張するようになりました。

決済処理会社に直接問い合わせたかどうかを尋ねましたが、明確な回答は得られていません。

7,100円の返金問題は未解決です。支払い前にサブスクリプションの条件を十分に確認することをおすすめします。

このレビューを投稿した後も、ResumeBirdと直接やり取りを続け、問題の解決を試みています。

状況を確認するため決済代行業者に問い合わせたところ、カスタマーサポート担当者から、私の取引の販売元としてBetterCVが記録されているとの書面回答を受け、BetterCVへ連絡するよう案内されました。
そこでResumeBirdに対し、ResumeBirdとBetterCVの関係、BetterCVが販売元として記録されている理由、そしてBetterCVが私の返金を正式に担当しているのかについて説明を求めました。
しかし、ResumeBirdは私からのメールを無視し続けています。昨夜、説明を求めて送信したメールにも返答がありません。
7,100円の返金は現在も未解決です。回答を受けるか、返金が処理された場合には、このレビューを更新します。

履歴書を作成するために利用しました。80円の料金については納得して払いましたが、まさか自動的に継続で会員になるとは知らず、「7,100円の支払いが承認された」というメールで初めて知りました。80円の支払いに関してのメールは届いていませんし、自動更新の案内メールもありません。
通常であれば、80円購入の際のメールにて、7日後のトライアルが終わったら自動更新の案内があって然るべきではないですか!?
2度メールで返金をお願いしましたが、出来ないの一点張りです。

カード明細に「海外利用RESUMEBIRD.COM利用国CYP」80円、7,100円と見知らぬ請求。不正利用されたと不安になり調べたところ履歴書作成サイトだと判明！個人情報登録してないのにGoogle payで決済され不信感しかない！そして決済した案内など貰ってない！解約（サブスクキャンセル）できる項目をみつけたのでクリックしたら1,980円の追加請求、いったい何なのか！解約受け付けましたのメールは届いたので返金依頼の問い合わせ中！料金形態の説明を分かりやすくしないとトラブルの元！

Compared a few resume builders before choosing this one. Liked that you can try without signing up. AI writing help is decent . Only complaint is I wish there were more free templates. But overall pretty satisfied.

I was charged 24.95 usd that I didn’t even use the access after downloading the cv on 1 usd trial and there is no mention about the renewal or any notification before the trial end. This is total scam especially who really need that big amount of money and still struggling to find job!

I only paid a small fee to download a resume once, but was not informed that it would be converted to an automatic subscription, and $24.95 was automatically charged to me without prior notification or consent.

I only discovered the automatic subscription this afternoon after the charge. I immediately canceled the subscription this evening and emailed customer service, but was told that a refund was not possible.

Please assist me with the refund process; otherwise, I will report this website's automatic subscription charges to my credit card company, and this will be a disputed charge that I will refuse to pay.

I paid a small one-time fee just to download my resume once, and I was never properly informed that this would turn into a recurring subscription. Today (October 16, 2026), I was suddenly charged KRW 59,000 without any prior notice or consent.

I have NOT used the service at all since this charge occurred, and I immediately canceled the subscription and emailed customer support requesting a full refund.

If you do not process a 100% full refund of KRW 59,000 immediately, I will file an official chargeback dispute with my credit card company for deceptive recurring billing. Please check my support ticket and refund my money immediately.

The Worst Experience I've Ever Had

On October 6, I paid KRW 1,500 to download my resume, believing it was a one-time payment. I had absolutely no idea that I would be charged KRW 59,000 just seven days later.

The website advertised "No registration required," and I never knowingly created an account or set a password. I also received no subscription confirmation or payment notification. How was I supposed to cancel a subscription I didn't even know existed?

I contacted customer support immediately after the charge, but they repeatedly refused my refund request. Despite explaining my situation and asking specific questions, I kept receiving nearly identical responses about their refund policy. It honestly felt like nobody was actually reading my messages.

I only used the service once and never used it again. KRW 59,000 is not a small amount of money for me.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I have completely lost trust in this service.

80円で履歴書を作成し、7日間トライアルは確認できていたため、翌日には解約手続きを行いました。ですが解約手続き後、1980円カードから引き落とされていました。問い合わせたところ追加のオファーがあったためその料金が1980円とのこと。解約手続きしただけの認識で、何もオファーをした覚えはありません。非常に不親切なサイトです。問い合わせに関しても返金対象ではない。利用規約に記載されているの一点張りです。他の方も上げているように、もっと分かりやすい表示にするべきです。今後はこのような海外のサイトは利用しないよう気を付けようと思いました。
追記：こちらは7日間トライアル中に解約しようと処理を進めていただけです。継続の手続きをしていたわけではありません。それなのに、意図しないところで料金が発生するのはおかしいです。引き落とされる前に、確認のメッセージ等もありませんでした。このような支払いが発生したことはこれまでに体験したことありません。やはり問題だと思います。
