Very responsive and had good communication on pick up time

This was a very efficient way to have furniture moved and to donate to a great cause, New Life Warehouse in Oldsmar.
The moving team kept us updated as to pick-up details, dates, times - with real time updates. On the day of our pick-up, the team called to let us know they would be late due to vehicle problems. However, this resulted in a very short delay as they sent a team member with a truck and trailer to pick up and deliver the items! We were very impressed with the entire team and experience!

This was a great way to donate our furniture to a good charity. The 2 gentleman who picked up our furniture were friendly, courteous and hard working.

The two guys that came out told me that to take away the mattress and the box springs it was going to be one price then when it was all loaded up it was another price. I asked them not to put so much weight on the elevator and to make two trips. They ignored me. I was quoted $209 but the final amount was $515. I’m not happy. If this didn’t have to get done the day I scheduled it or if I could have gotten someone else I would have.

The Crew you sent to my door was outstanding. They got the job done quick and they knew what they were doing. The only problem was the price. But other then I was completely satisfied.

Easy to schedule, their contractor arrived on time (early, actually, but they called and asked if that was OK). I had a couple of questions and Estefany was extremely helpful. I was impressed by their contractor, also. Scheduling, pick-up, payment, receipt -- everything went smoothly.

I really don't appreciate being quoted a certain amount, having me log what I needed donated, and sending pictures for your company to come and charge me an additional almost $200 for things that were listed already in the system. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
