Just received my retainers and they have a very good fitt. Thanks for delivering these in such a short time. Absolutely the best quality.

I needed a short term replacement for a lost Invisalign. The team went out of their way to help and I was able to get a well fitting replacement within 24 hours.
As I went to the store I met the team in person and was impressed with their professionalism and quick response time. This is a genuine business offering a valuable service.

Received my upper & lower retainers today & they fit perfectly! I couldn’t get my upper mould right a few times but the team were really helpful & glad it was done right eventually. I sent off my moulds & received my retainers just 2 days later. Thankyou!

Amazing service. I already had moulds from my orthodontist when I got my braces off and I was able to send these to get my new retainer made. I sent my moulds off on Monday and received my new retainers on Thursday as well as my moulds back wrapped in bubble wrap. Customer service is very good and accommodating. Will definitely be using them again when I need another retainer. Dentist quoted me £360 for upper and lowers. Paid £110 here.

It was fast and great service

My previous retainers had past their best lately after a few years of looking after them. I was apprehensive using an online service for new retainers instead of using my local dentist.

My local dentist quoted me just shy £200 pound for one set of both top and bottom retainers.

I decided to bite to bullet and try retainer Xpress after seeing the good reviews. Less than 24 hours later the moulding kit arrived in the post. You get a moulding kit pair retainer, a plastic tray and a spare moulding set pair retainer.

Instructions are very clear and straight forward. There is also a video walkthrough for extra guidance. Once complete, you send a picture or video to their WhatsApp number and have your mould approved before sending off.

I personally did one correct and one wrong. I was advised how to correct my mistake and offered live advice (at suitable times) if needed.

Once all completed and approved, you send off the moulds in the pre paid for envelope. You get an email to confirm when they have received it (next day) .

A day later I received my retainers and they fit perfect. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend!

I ordered a Retainer Xpress retainer after my post treatment Invisalign tray broke. The Retainer Xpress process was really easy to follow. I had my own moulds so provided some photos to allow them to determine whether they were good enough and then posted my moulds with a pre-paid label provided really quickly by email. My new retainers arrived after only a a few days and the standard was fantastic. They were much more robust than the Invisalign provided ones and I was so impressed that I'm ordering another back up pair and my girlfriend is buying a set too. Would highly recommend!

I never usually leave reviews but I don’t want anyone else to be fooled by the risk free returns policy they advertise.

The first set of retainers I received were too big and they were helpful to organise a returns label to send them back to be made smaller. The second set arrived and are not fit for purpose, they do not fit properly. The issues started when i spoke to customer services about my second pair not fitting and eventually requesting a refund under the risk free guarantee.

Customer service isn’t great (rude and unprofessional through WhatsApp) as they request video after video of evidence that the retainers do not fit with slow replies. (There are only so many pictures and videos I can send). They even tried to say my teeth had moved within 10 days as a reason for them not fitting (I wear retainers every night).

It is not a risk free guarantee as stated on the website. I have asked for a refund multiple times and was told no, despite it being advertised as risk free.

Their website says- Shop should always be without risk, therefore with our RISK-FREE guarantee, if for whatever reason our services don't work for you, all you pay for is for the impression kit.

The reply I received when asking for a refund under their risk free guarantee - A refund will only be considered based on the dental team agreeing that there is a genuine issue with the retainer fit.

I am now left with retainers I cannot use as they physically do not fit and a refusal for a refund.

They will reply and say a case is still open but I am sick of sending the same videos and photos evidence of retainers that clearly do not fit!

Please be aware when buying off this company, their guarantee as advertised is not what it seems.

I was in an urgent need of having my retainers fixed before my holidays. I chose to drop off the stone moulds myself and collect them on the same day.
The staff over the phone and on WhatsApp chat was very supportive and polite. The retainers fit exactly how I wanted them. Couldn't be any happier.
I will definitely use the service again in the future if needed.

I ordered the retainers with extra thickness and when they arrived, they did not include all of my teeth, making it uncomfortable to wear and slip off.

I told this to them and they refused to refund and have asked for video proof which I provided. They have asked again for proof but I can’t do anymore than what I have and I’m extremely disappointed I couldn’t get a refund as the retainer is useless.

I have since gone to a dentist who gave me a retainer with no fuss, please do the same and don’t waste your money like I have!

I initially had a good experience with this company, ordering a well fitting retainer with easy to use impression kit and fast turnaround time. However, when I ordered a night guard at a later date, it was extremely tight, causing me to bleed. In all fairness, the company allowed me to send it back twice for adjustments but it still very clearly did not fit well and was extremely tight around my molars (painful). I requested a refund which they refused, dodging any responsibility. In fact, in response they blamed the reason for the poor fit on the drifting of my teeth and the bleeding to my poor gum health. I am a dental student and have informed the company the bleeding is due to trauma from the poor fit and that the stock trays were too narrow for my mouth. Again, they chose to blame it on my teeth and gums which I know is not the case. And so I am giving them a 1 star rather than 2.

So quick and hassle free. Clear instructions for how to make the moulds. I got my moulds checked before I posted them so they were perfect and my retainer fits so well. Really good quality. Won’t go anywhere else again

I lost my retainers and I had to find a quick solution and this is the best option I came across. Anna was very helpful throughout the whole process and I had direct communication with her which helped me feel confident about the service. I received the retainers in just 1 day and I've been using them since then. They work and feel just like the ones I got from my orthodontist. 10/10

Genuinely one of the best services I’ve ever received online. Incredibly simple to order, easy comms vis wassap, then a ridiculously speedy turnaround of the retainers. Posted out moulds on Monday, new retainers in our postbox on Wednesday. I know this review sounds gushing, it’s meant to 👏. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
