Retirement Home Search made everything…
Retirement Home Search made everything straight forward. Selling these properties isn’t easy as there are hidden costs involved but the peace of mind of someone being on site outweighs these costs. Rachel and Dawn were pleasant to deal with and the sale went smoothly.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! Whilst Retirement Homesearch fees are always made totally clear and are very competitive, we appreciate that many leasehold properties will have certain 'event fees' payable. We always strive to alert sellers and buyers to these. It's great to know you so enjoyed dealing with Rachel and Dawn. Thanks again!
Charlotte Harvey has been brilliant…
Charlotte Harvey has been brilliant throughout a l-o-n-g sale process with several different buyers (who dropped out for their own reasons).
Charlotte is always cheerful, helpful and grasps the situation quickly. If I had to leave her a voicemail she always got back to me the same day.

Rachel was very helpful
Rachel was very helpful, she quickly replied to any questions I had and supplied reassurance that things were going ahead. Progress was slow at times but again I was reassured things were still progressing.

Hi Bob. Thank you for your feedback. Retirement Homesearch base valuations on carefully compiled, comparable evidence with the aim to achieve the best possible price given the local retirement market conditions. Viewing levels, viewer feedback and the prices of other retirement stock will be factored in before a price reduction is suggested and we always seek to strike the delicate balance between enhancing saleability within a changing market, and achieving the best price. All our contracts are no sale, no fee with sole or multi agency options giving vendors the opportunity to ensure they are with the agent they feel confident will achieve a sale – we are pleased we were able to secure and complete the sale for you.
Very helpful and professional.

We recommend Retirement Homesearch for its specialist knowledge and helpfulness
Retirement Homesearch is very helpful and competent, our consultant Rachel Hazell clearly knows this specialist market very well. She and Charlotte (who chased once we had accepted an offer) brought it to a successful conclusion. They were particularly good right at the end of the procedure, when our buyer chose to exchange and complete while we were abroad, making the final arrangements quite tricky. We would certainly recommend this business, and believe it may have taken longer to sell with a 'traditional' estate agent who did not know the ins and outs of the retirement home market nor have the access to potential buyers. Our only concerns were the length of the selling procedure and the price we achieved, but neither were the fault of Retirement Homesearch

Mandy, from Retirement Homesearch, has walked the journey with me from putting my flat on the market to having a completion date for contracts. A time span of about 21 months.
I have received kind and helpful advice and support throughout. Even though the journey has had its challenges.
Thank you Mandy for your patience with me. FS

After a big disappointment with another estate agent I turned to Charlotte Harvey and the team at RHS . This time I was not disappointed. I had bad luck with a couple of buyers dropping out, so it was a long haul, but Charlotte's advice was always invaluable - prompt, pragmatic and honest.
