Als iets goed is, mag dat ook gezegd worden, en dat vergeten velen onder ons.
Ik nam in de loop van vrijdag ochtend contact op via de chat en kreeg vrijwel meteen een echte medewerker aan de lijn, zonder eerst te moeten worstelen met een chatbot die nergens van weet. De uitleg was uitstekend: veel detail en vooral een zeer goede begeleiding tijdens het bestellen. Men beloofde me dat het pakket diezelfde dag nog de deur uit zou gaan, en dankzij de juiste koerier lag het de volgende dag bij mij thuis, op een zaterdag nog wel.
Ik ben er meteen aan begonnen. Dankzij de heldere uitleg op de site, aangevuld met de info uit de chat, verliep de montage vlot. Bij het terugplaatsen van de koplampen merkte ik wel dat het kabeltje van de bi-xenon slecht contact maakte. Ook dat contact verliep opnieuw snel en zonder enige aarzeling kreeg ik het antwoord dat ze een aantal van die kabeltjes zouden opsturen, en ook die had ik de dag nadien al in huis.
Het resultaat is fantastisch, de wagen heeft nog nooit zulk licht gehad. Topbedrijf, en bedankt voor de uitstekende service!

Smidigt att beställa och verkar vara bra kvalitet! Tyvärr smälte jag sönder ena strålkastaren när jag skulle försöka värma upp den för att få isär den och kunna installera de här LED-projektor insatserna. Blev tvungen att köpa nya strålkastare och har inte vågat göra om samma sak igen...

Very fast shipment and delivery. Packed with care. Good price and seems quality product (Motolumino indicator led lights for triumph Street triple). Unfortunately only some general instructions and not for this bike.

Excellent experience overall! The delivery was fast, the product quality matched my expectations, and everything worked. My only small suggestion would be to make the front/back and left/right turn signal configuration a bit clearer, as I found it slightly confusing during installation. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

I purchased some projectors with the aim of customizing the headlights on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. Delivery was fast. It was a positive experience for me. There was an error regarding the shrouds, but Retrofitlab sent me two replacements. I recommend this seller.

Retrofitlab.com was the only place where i could find what is needed to repare my old dead xenon headlights. The experience was pretty smooth, and the instalation is not difficult.
Why not 5*: the replacement projectors in the repair kit were of quite low quality, although given the price of the kit, it was expected. I think it might be good to have a choice between cheaper or better options

Very expensive for what it is. Customer support is poor - I had an issue where my lights were wonky and they replied "I am afraid that i do not have a solution to fix that to be honest" I would have expected better given the premium price I paid for them!
