From start to finish this company have been brilliant to deal with on all aspects of building work.

Their staff have been professional friendly and knowledgeable and the work has been first class. I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and the results. Their builders were skilled and courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. I can highly recommend this company for any future building work.

Solar panels and cavity wall insulation amongst other work all now complete and my electricity bill already less. Both help for me and the environment.

Retrofit Works have consulted me and kept me informed throughout. Crystal Windows were efficient, friendly and helpful whilst fitting the solar panels, and connecting them up.

All works carried out under the Warm Home scheme were completed efficiently. All employees of all contractors and subcontractors were polite & respectful. Andy, representing Osbourne Energy, was always available to answer any questions I might have.
The girls at the end of the phone at Warm Home Scheme were very helpful and always dealt with any questions I had promptly.

The work carried our my property was completed very quickly and professionally. I was well informed at all stages of the project.

It has been a smooth and efficient process which also I have felt engaged with in the process from start to finish. The suppliers were prompt and courteous and the installation on the whole seemless. All partner installers great to deal with, I was particulalry impressed with the communication across the project, especially since I was away during some of the install. I already feel the difference in terms of warmth and comfort which, along with the high spec of materials used has slightly bowled me over. Retrofit were in like a whippet as the final installers left to check on the situation.

I have found Retrofit Works very helpful and always kept m informed of how things were going. I also found Crystal Windows very helpful and the people who installed the fans and heaters very courteous and considerate. Also left everything very clean and tidy. I would recommend both companies.

From the very first phone call RetrofitWorks were clear and informative and answered all my questions as, at first I was very sceptical that I was eligible for any grants

They explained the process from beginning to end and the end result - solar panels, storage heaters and loft insulation - is better than I could have expected

From initial contact with Kelly, who was extremely helpful & patience with helping us through the process of application, to Michael the surveyor who explained everything & basically hand held us through the installation and finally the installation team from Crystal, who were great on site, very accommodating & understanding of the particular needs of Emma during the installation. Excellent service, not something you come across generally, but I would thoroughly recommend the whole service

I was lucky enough to have loft insulation, window replacements, and solar panels. All work was carried out with the greatest respect to my home. My home is now warmer and I am very grateful.

I had a lot of work done to my house under the Warm Homes Local Grant and am looking forward to saving money on my bills. The extra thick loft insulation will certainly make a difference. I was sceptical at first about this scheme but was reassured by Kelly from Retrofit. Thank you Kelly for convincing me it was a genuine scheme and thanks also to Geoff who came.

My new front door was greatly admired by neighbours. Thanks go to everybody at Crystal Windows, especially the men from who got on the roof to fit the solar panels and now I get free electricity during daylight hours. Thanks also to Alex who came every day the men were working to check on progress and he also helped dispose of a few small items for me. The whole job was done over three weeks but Wes, the electrician, will be back to meet a man from National Grid regarding a safety wire.

I am very happy with RetrofitWorks. The solar installation was a bit more complicated than expected which delayed things slightly but the customer service was excellent and the team at Retrofit Works were very friendly and great communicators and they supervised the work throughout to achieve a great outcome. Highly recommended.

Retrofit Works did an excellent job. The work was carried out very cleanly and tidily, with great attention to detail throughout. The windows and doors were fitted to a very high standard, and the difference it has made to the house is immediately noticeable. The whole place feels warmer and quieter already. Very professional service from start to finish — highly recommended.

It still hasn't sunk it quite how much help I have received from the Warm Homes Local Grant via Retrofit. The grant application process was simple and the grant fully funded all my home improvements (loft insulation, ventilation measures and 7 solar panels). There really were no catches.

It was a pleasure to deal with all the Retrofit staff and I was very happy with the installers that they chose for the work (Crystal Windows). The installers were polite, good communicators, tidy and gave good handovers. They showed me photos of the completed work where I couldn't see it (eg in the loft and the solar panels on the roof) and explained fully what they had done and why. I am very pleased with the workmanship.

Everything was done in a very efficient manner from Kelly's first phone call and the work took less than 2 weeks (including the scaffold coming down).

My house is now warmer and no longer damp or mouldy. I've been watching my smart meter and can see that I will save a lot of money this Winter on electricity. Thank you so much!

Very professional work done, and the guys who did the work were a great helpful team. The doors and windows are fantastic. The heating system is absolutely amazing. My cold rooms are now really warm. I am extremely grateful, and thank you very much for all your help and support.

All was done really well really impressed with the process and outcome .I now have a warmer home without drafts so glad I applied for the Grant.

Such a positive experience led and coordinated by RetrofitWorks. At every step of the way they were prompt in their management of the project, were quick to ensure any questions I had were answered and where any challenges arose, they were quick to find resolutions. Overall install of solar panels looks great and seems to be functioning well.

A particular thank you to Alex who visited to inspect works and progress on multiple occasions who was most helpful and knowledgeable and keen to deliver exceptionally high standards across the project (also Ben who accompanied him on one visit) and Kelly who was always more than ready to help via phone or email and who was always very efficient.

The friendly and supportive nature of the team at Retrofit should be commended.

Overall highly recommended - RetrofitWorks are an outstanding organisation with a great work ethic who can deliver a project to high standards in customer centric way.

From day one to the completion of the works carried out the admin staff were excellent in keeping me informed as to what was happening at all times, as for the installion team first class , always ready to explain what was going on and cleaned up after themselves , I would recommend Retrofit Works to anyone first class people and first class job.

From start to finish this was easy, they really are there to help and has drastically help with iur bills
(Obviously depends on the weather too) everything was a arranged and sorted by them
All done and not a penny spent by us but we reap the benefits
Cant rate these higher, call centers, fitters, deliveries all spot on and worth the time

When we first received a letter saying we were entitled to free Solar Panels we were very sceptical - something for nothing "mmm really must be a con". However, we decided to contact the number given to us just to see what was actually being offered and we are so glad we did. From the initial phone call to the the end product we are so pleased with the result and everyone we dealt with along the way from the people in the office to the chaps that did the actual work were really friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all a great bunch of people making us feel that we truly made the right decision.
