We had a great first impression and got offered also a discounted price for first three months.
Unfortunately they charged the full amount even after telling them.
Also the return labels didnt work and there was no solution. We even tried to integrate another shipping partner, but the integration didn't work and it was not able to fix.
I asked for refund, but didn't get anything refunded.
So I can't recommend at the moment unfortunately.

I paid 7 EUR to return a package. After filling out the return form, I attempted to download it, but the download failed, and I was unable to retrieve the form. Customer service was slow to respond, and after about a week, I was advised to contact the customer service of the webshop where I made the purchase. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid the return fee directly to returnless.

Hidden costs of returning. Instead of the advertised 4.95 EUR, I had to pay an additional 3.95 EUR to insure my return. Otherwise, the loss would have been my responsibility.

Retourlabel besteld, kon deze niet downloaden.
Na div.mailtjes met klantenservice toch gelukt.
Tip: pagina hetstellen waardoor je gelijk label kan downloaden.
Verder geen op/aanmerkingen.

Ik moest 8 telefoonhoesjes retourneren. Het systeem denkt dat dat een brievenbuspakje is, maar het kostte me grote moeite om ze in een verzenddoos te proppen. Kom ik met mijn betaalde en geprinte label bij het postkantoor, kunnen ze het niet scannen, omdat het een 'retour afzender' pakje is. Gelukkig paste het dus met wat proppen in de brievenbus. Maar mensen die niet zo gehaaid zijn hiermee, moeten dus eerst de kosten aan Returnless betalen (Voor wat???) en dan ook nog eens 6,95 op het postkantoor. Ik vind het raar het 'retour afzender' principe, lijkt me misbruik maken van de service van PostNL.
