Brilliant customer service - I wish all companies were like this.

My camera for my campervan developed strange vertical lines just outside the two year warranty they give. It was fitted by a third party campervan fitting company as well and also I was in France when it happened so I admit that I didn't hold out much hope for an easy resolution.

Rang revcamuk and got straight through to someone who could help. He said to send the camera back and they would honour the warranty anyway.

Got home, sent it back and within a week I received a new camera which works perfectly. No fuss, no quibble - outstanding service. Well done guys.

Our rear view and reversing cameras had both stopped working on our motorhome but we weren’t sure if we needed new cameras, a new monitor or new wiring, or all three! We were so glad this company had a phone number where you could talk to a very knowledgeable person who was so helpful. We bought the cameras and they’re working perfectly. Was sold a camera kit else where what was guaranteed to fit 2007 autotrail motorhome it didn’t found this company on internet and they sorted what I needed straight away. They know their stuff would definitely recommend.

I ordered a reversing camera from RevcamsUK and was pleased to receive it promptly.
Once fitted we had a bit of a problem with the monitor only coming on some of the time. We rang Revcams and they couldnt have been more helpful. After discussion and diagosis of the problem, they sent out a repalcement unit. this worked perfectly once plugged in. I was then able to return the original monitor in the prepaid envelope provided.

I had a problem with an existing camera on my car that needed replacing. Through plenty of emails and images I sent, Martin was able to advise what he felt was required and dealt with follow-up questions quickly. Once purchased, delivery was very quick and I fitted the camera and cabling in around an hour and it works perfectly. Next time I need a camera, Martin and revcam.uk will be my first stop.
