The seller cancelled my order and messaged me that it was out of stock, well you should have removed it before I placed the order.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I purchased an item, said it was being prepared for shipping and randomly cancelled. The seller on Reversible was out of the UAE.
Vendor: United Arab Emirates - CHOOSH - AVOID!
Sketch and maybe money laundering? Why would you have vendors that do not complete purchase/sale commitments!?
Terrible experience. Oh, and the refund is subject to 7-10 days return...so they are making money one way or another.

As clarified in our email, CHOOSH is an accredited reseller with its own website and Instagram presence. However, they are not a frequent seller on REVERSIBLE, and in this case, it appears they did not update all their sales channels about their planned maintenance.
They only realized the issue when your order came through, which led to the unexpected cancellation. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
Regarding the refund timeline, we want to assure you that REVERSIBLE does not hold your funds at any point. Refund processing times are fully determined by your bank and Stripe, our payment partner, as outlined in Stripe’s documentation. While most refunds appear sooner, some banks may take the standard 7–10 business days to complete the process.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Account suspended without clear reason
I am a seller on the Reversible marketplace, I don't understand why my account was suspended. And all my buyers said that they were told by Reversible to cancel the order and file a dispute with PayPal, even though I had already sent some of the orders. My time has been wasted, and I have suffered a loss because my order was cancelled.
I tried to create a new account, but somehow a day or two later my account was suspended again. I have tried to create another account several times, but the result is still the same.
This is really annoying, because Reversible also doesn't provide any explanation for the suspension.
And what annoys me the most is that I have lost a lot because of the suspension.
