The worst experience I’ve ever had- they lie on their website about their trust pilot reviews. My order was not delivered and have had no help in getting a replacement sent out. I am now claiming from my bank for a refund

Paid and Ordered the review card from this company I haven't received it. And have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and have had no contact. It could be a scam there are plenty of companies selling these cards use them not this company. I have no card and no refund

Simple & quick for customers to use.

Ordered the boost card over 2 weeks ago, emails on delivery tracking do not work they only show you a map of your area not actually where the item is in transit. I had sent emails and tried calling cannot get through.
Finally i received a response by email ( 11th of June ) the customer service member was sincere and apologetic the card did arrive in the mail that same day. I haven't tried the card out as i just received it. I would rate higher but ReviewBoost, give real time tracking and keep your customers informed. Look forward to using the card hope it is as good as it looks in the ads.

Things did not go as planned however they did work to resolve this issue

i placed my order on 12 june 2025.
order confirmed but to date no delivery.
i emailed twice with same answer.
delivery in progress.
i dont believe my order will be delivered.
Think i was scammed.

Customer service is a nightmare. They just ignore you.

I bought a card, registered and setup the review link. However, when scanned, it redirect to a 404 page.

I seek for assistance, but they just dont response, eventhough the Chat window shown that my message had been read.

My order came super quick! Which surprised me as my experience when buying from Insta shops isn't always great. Then when it arrived, my goodness it was so easy to set up and it looks great on my clinic side. Already I have people scanning and leaving positive reviews. Good investment

The ReviewBoost is clean and easy to use for tech-savvy customers. We still need to prompt most to scan it, and not all have Google accounts. Still a solid tool for collecting reviews! 4.5 stars!

Absolutely in love with our reviewboost plaques! So many comments on them and I love how versatile they are for me. I can pop them out on a table, frame them up for pop ups or just hold onto them when I’m out doing promo work. So good! Look smart and work great!

First lot wouldn't load and were quickly replaced which I appreciated, buying the right size for display is important as the cards themselves are great for mobile businesses but definitely need the display stand for in store. Great product

I think these can help get reviews but I think the larger plaques will work better. I still find myself asking customers to leave us a review. I don't mind having these little cards around wherever customers can see them though. It certainly makes it a lot easier for the customer to leave a review. Google reviews definitely make a difference in getting more business to your website.

I ordered this 2 months ago and still have not received it.
