Great British Rum Award winning Revival Rum is expertly crafted on our farm in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside. Master distiller, James Singlehurst, has a passion for rum and a keen interest in distilling for over 20 years. Inspired by the traditional Jamaican rum production methods, James has recreated these in our countryside distillery. Our rum’s distinct flavour comes from the long, slow fermentations (40+ days) and extra richness and depth derived from using a traditional copper double retort still. Releases include Revival Rum Unaged, Spiced, Honey & Anise, Aged, FB90 (overproof) and Flammable (151). We also offer distillery tours by appointment.
