James is an exceptionally honest and highly skilled appliance engineer. I contacted him to book a visit for our broken dishwasher, and he kept in regular contact throughout the day, giving me plenty of notice so I could step away from work in time. His communication was excellent.
On arrival, James quickly identified the fault, clearly explained the issue, and showed me the part that was no longer functioning. Fortunately, he carries the most commonly required replacement parts in his van, so he was able to complete the repair within around 30 minutes. I received an emailed invoice, which I settled while he was here, although there was also the option to pay later.
I couldn’t fault James or the quality of his workmanship. I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs support with white goods repairs.
