I got my oil change there since the staff was motherly and explained everything to me. The service was fairly good but it did take longer than what they had earlier mentioned.

Called and no one ever answers

I’ve been using Revive auto repair for years because one winter my axle went out and I had to drive to Chicago and nobody had time to fix it but Revive Auto Repair stayed open and even fixed it in a day so that I could go see my daughter in Chicago and since then I’ve used them ever since. They’re always the lowest price I can find and the owner and head and mechanic are some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in a long time at a repair shop. I’m so happy I found them like a Christmas miracle that keeps on giving.

Honest mechanic that does quality work. Hard to find this combination of price and service. Came in thinking I had a huge expensive issue with my car. Any other mechanic could have overcharged me for unnecessary work. He educated me and charged me for the work that was actually needed even though it was not as profitable to them.

Horrible customer service,I was sent here by my case worker because I am handicapped.after making an appointment and waiting for hours,the owner told me I wouldn't be make it today.only because another customer with a BMW was more important who seemed like a family member or a regular at his shop.I Still can't believe this happened!#!@

After going through what seemed like a nightmare with the issues that my BMW 740i was having. I became exhausted with going from shop to shop getting a quote and when I did bring the vehicle in the mechanics from these shops did not have the expertise to fix the issue! I know that BMW's do require some special knowledge in some cases to fix these stubborn electrical issues. But I was relieved when I went to Revive and got a quote, left my car in their hands and had my issues fixed! Revive is a true team of skilled mechanics.

After getting the run around from multiple shops to get a quote for a starter repair on my Ford F-150, I was relieved when auto repair quoted me a fair and honest price. I could not believe what shops were willing to charge me to get this done. I dropped off my truck and then got a call back a few hours later! The people here are honest, transparent and do not take advantage of people who are need of car repair. Thank you!

So I’ve been going to Revive auto repair for about five years. When I found them my car was barely able to get from point a to B because I had a blown head gasket but the problem was that everybody wanted to charge an arm and a leg and I knew they were overcharging me. Finally one day my friend said you should try to go to Revive auto repair there’s some of the lowest prices with the highest quality work that I’ve seen so I thought why not give it a shot. By the time I got there I had to tow my car in because it was officially dead and wouldn’t even start. Within five days my car was on the road running great and it’s literally been running ever since. The bill was half the price that the cheapest auto repair shop in Detroit wanted to charge. I don’t go to anybody else but Revive auto repair now. They’re the quickest and get me in and out in a flash. I just wanna give a shout out to Revive for always fitting me in last minute and letting me rearrange my appointments when I can’t make it. I’ve even called and asked for advice because I was doing some DIY detailing on the inside of my car and Nick walked me through how to remove the cover of my dash for 40 minutes for free. Such a great company.
