Originally turned up on time and finished the job. They left 2 areas with a load of foam and 2 big areas of no insulation that was promised. 2 appointments were made for them to return and finish the job but they didn't turn up and no contact to say why. They self certified the job but poor workmanship. They made such a mess of the felt that I have now got to have a new roof. I have contacted them but they not answering emails. As usual get your money and run.

I would give zero if that was a rating. They failed to show up twice without making contact to explain why. I feel if you've made an appointment and are unable to attend it then as courtesy you should let your customers know.

I would recommend this company if you are in the unfortunate position of having to remove spray foam from your property. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly and no questions too difficult or annoying for them. All the initial quotation documentation I received was professional, clear and easy to understand. The company were helpful in terms of getting me booked in as quickly as possible due to my tight deadline. The work was carried out professionally, quickly, tidily and efficiently. I was also appreciative of clear and professional documentation provided at the end of the work which will hopefully help me with the sale of my house. I spoke to a lot of different companies to get quotes for the spray foam removal but I'm glad I went with Revive.

Following issues with foam insulation installed in 2008, we decided to go with Revive Maintenance who do not use the harsher dry ice method of removal. Apart from their good reviews, the company were also endorsed through a contact of a surveyor we employed to undertake a full level 2 ISVA home survey.

The team worked hard to remove the bulk of the foam over the course of a couple of days but it soon became clear that when the foam was originally installed, as it expanded it had pushed up / separated many of the slates and whilst the rafters were intact many of the battens had rotted. It was obvious that to continue to remove the percentage of remaining foam to obtain the required certificate confirming removal to a satisfactory level would effectively compromise the roof integrity.

Charlie made some enquires and pulled out all the stops for us. Within a week we had a full tin hat scaffold in place and the guys worked solidly to replace the roof over the next week or so, including battens, underfelt, Super Foil insulation and, at our request, repointing the chimney stack.

The quote provided was very competitive and I have to say, without their help, we would have been left at the mercy of the elements just a couple of weeks before Christmas.

A great job. There are probably many companies that will quote less, but these guys proved reliable, careful and did an exceptional removal of our closed cell foam.

Revive is a company you can really trust with your home & its roof. Charlie was my contact was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The Team who completed the work were always very polite and kept the mess & disruption to the house to an absolute minimum. I would 100% recommend this company.
