After reading about the potential benefits of CBD I was initially very excited, but after trying some soft gels i bought from another company i was disappointed. I felt nothing... Im not really sure they even had real CBD at all...

Highly recommend for workout regimens!
After reading several scientific literature on the benefits of cbd for enhanced muscle recovery, I decided to begin incorporating cbd into my workout regimen. Typical me, I did my due diligence on researching a brand's quality, and therefore efficacy, I trust since it seems like there's a whole hodgepodge of cbd on the market with varying quality standards. I've been consistently strength training for the past 6 years and felt like I plateaued. Didn't notice anything initially, but after about 2 weeks, I noticed that it's decreased the duration of muscles recovery. On a less substantial but still measurable difference, it's amplified my overall mood which is a nice added bonus!
