We do not recommend this company

We do not recommend this company. Nice people but unorganized, incompetent and do not deliver on results. Our traffic actually decreased during their campaign. They advertised the wrong company for two months. It took about three months to get the ad messages correct. Billing is confusing, we still are not sure if we were credited properly. On top of that they directed everything to a "microsite" which they owned. This was never discussed up front. Very deceptive. Their dashboard looks pretty, but shows a bunch of meaningless information. We repeatedly asked for more data on the ads we were running. It was not till near the end we discovered we were advertising in areas not pertinent to our business. Shame on us for not checking them out on the Better Business Bureau first.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company damn near ruined my business of 19 years. First they contacted me through my existing advertising company lied about how much better they would do and save me so much money. Told me to drop all advertising immediately! Then I spent the next 2 months waiting for them to get me up and running. Always had some excuse” google don’t like your data” then “these things take time to be recognized by google” after 10 months and 30,000 dollars later we generated a whopping total of 5 leads.
So I decided to cut bait and run. They said that I was still under contract.
Which I had to pay an additional 4000 to get released from . Basically they were holding me hostage .
To say I disapprove of Rev Local is a massive understatement.
I definitely do not recommend them just the opposite really.
I went back with hibu and am very pleased them.

It has been an awful experience!

It has been an awful experience. They lie to you from the beginning and mislead you in what you’re getting. They do not care they have wasted thousands of my dollars. Do yourself a favor and find a better company.

I am a franchise owner in Holly Springs, and have enjoyed working with Nick and Matt. We are already breaking sales records after 3 months of working together. With their programs in place, I don’t spend time chasing leads, they just come to me. If you are a small business owner, let them handle the marketing for you and make your life easier. They allow you to work smarter, not harder.

Matt and RevLocal are amazing!

Matt and RevLocal have done an awesome job with us, finding experts with experience in our industry, and really showing us the best way to improve and perfect our digital marketing for our brand-new restaurant. I spent a year and a half with them and watched our numbers grow and grow. They are affordable, helpful and responsive. Even when I had to pause services with them, they were easy to work with and quickly processed the cancellation. Great company!

Hanna (my strategist) and Matt (my local rep) are absolutely fantastic to work with. Normally I'm skeptical when somebody calls me about digital marketing, but Matt was local and talked to me like an actual person. He was willing to spend his time to meet up just to share information about organic and local search rankings online for my specific business. There was no pushy or pressured sale, he laid out all the options and explained how he would be able to help. On top of that, he went well beyond sharing digital marketing information and connected me with other business owners in the area that could be of benefit from meeting each other. 100% recommend Matt and his team! Three months in and I’m glad I took the plunge – RevLocal’s got my back and I’m glad I found them!
