Revolution Hearing agent is very diligent and helpful to explain everything necessary to know regarding my hearing aids - importance of cleaning outer section, checking for ear wax, etc. Also explained well about why it's important to work up to maximum test level.

He did not tell us he canceled appointment he did not schedule a fallow appointment his appointment were very quick and told me that hear.coms training did not matter that to leave hearing aids in all day at day one and he took the rubber inserts that came with the hearing aids and put his own on not happy at all with service I paid for those inserts

I had trouble with my hearing aids charger. Revolution Hearing sent my hearing aids and charger in to be inspected and repaired under warranty. Phonak replaced all with new equipment.

My hearing aids are not even a year old and are no longer holding a charge for 16 hours, a normal waking day. No one at Revolution has returned my call, and it has been 5 days now.

He was usually late or had to reschedule. He was very polite.

Very good about getting to know my hearing loss and I feel I was fitted with the best that matches my type of hearing loss. These are amazing!!

Had hearing test almost three weeks ago.
Was told Nationshearing would contact me in a day or two on financing, and no one has contacted me.

My personal contact has been Jennifer Trainham who has been excellent. She listens well, is personable and friendly while also being very professional with her advice and recommendations. My devices arrived punctually after being ordered and her followup care as described anove. The office I went to is convenient to my home,auxilliary staff have been very welcoming and I appreciate that staff have created an office space that is pleasant to the eye, even putting flowering plants by the front door. It is often that the extra touches add a welcoming feeling to the experience , which has been overall a very positive one. And I got the benefits I was looking for in using my hearing aids!

I got rechargeable hearing aids on March 24th and they stopped working on Easter Sunday.
Luckily I had my battery operated hearing aids.
