I am writing regarding an order which I placed on July 19, 2026 for Korean Airy Sunstick SPF50+ × 1, “Abib” brand, as advertised on their website. I paid CAD $49 for this product. When I received the order, I was extremely concerned to find that the item was completely different from the product I ordered. Instead of the advertised Abib product, I received a product called “JAYSUING,” which is labeled as Made in China. I contacted their customer service team on August 2, shortly after receiving the order. Their team asked me to provide photos of the product on Aug. 5th , which I sent on August 6. However, I have not received any response since then despite waiting for a resolution and follow up several times. This situation is very frustrating because I paid for a specific Korean product advertised as Abib, but received a completely different product from a different brand and country of origin. This feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their product listing and the transaction. I asked for a return and refund but they never respond back. I’m trying to dispute through my credit card.

Buyer be ware! I ordered the Madeca Cream and they had a buy one get one free. HA HA I was charged for each of the tubes. When I sent them an email I was told there must have been a glitch. I asked for a refund of $17.50 and they never responded.

Ordered Korean Products as listed on their website, got the American version of them with different ingredients. Causes skin irritation. Contacted customer service for return and refund and am now stuck in endless carousel of e-mails with some bot. They stop replying at some point and then the cycle, including same e-mails as sent to me before, are sent again, with no solution. Probably lost my money.

This company is advertising Korean skin care products, including brands like Abib sun sticks but what you get is a Chinese knock off. To my knowledge, Korea has strict laws on products that say they are Korean and would not allow their products to be made in China if they describe them as Korean. Please be aware - you will not receive an Abib product. I have requested a refund. Will I get one? Probably not, but I can try to warn others to be wary of this company.
