No support response
I've had an issue with a high-paying offer I completed, but I have not been awarded for 3 days now. They do not reply to support tickets in order to have the matter resolved.
On their official website, they claim that they 'offer 24/7 dedicated support through multiple channels including live chat, email, and phone' when that is not even true. The only way to contact them currently is via email, but as I said, they do not reply. There is no live chat, no phone number.
