I cancelled my subscription and was still charged an invoice for a period I was never told had started. No email, no in-app notice, nothing to say the trial was ending or converting to a paid plan. When I raised this, I was told the invoice stood because I hadn't given cancellation notice — but you can't give notice for a conversion you were never told about.

Reading other reviews, this doesn't look like a one-off. Silent trial-to-paid conversions and unexpected charges around the cutoff date seem to come up repeatedly. If you're trialling this, keep a close eye on your renewal date and don't assume you'll be reminded.

Went ahead and charged the card anyway after I'd already disputed it, which is the part that's really put me off recommending them.

I was definitely sceptical at the beginning and let the trial run its course before making any decisions. I can honestly say I’ve been really impressed with the service and support from the team at Revu.
They managed me well throughout the process — and I’m not the easiest person to win over. I had regular phone calls, emails, updates, and could genuinely see the behind-the-scenes work they were doing to improve things and support the business.
What really stood out was that it never felt like empty promises. I could actually see the effort, communication, and strategy through their actions.

I have been with Revu for the past month. The communication, follow up and follow through from this company has been outstanding. Couldn't be better.

We were with REVU for approx. 6 years and found their services perfect for our business. It built our hair salon to where it is today posting and managing our reviews on our website. The text options to our clients to push our clients to leave reviews is easy to use and change when needed. Great team to deal with. We have only moved on now because we have had to make a booking system change and look at areas to cut costs for our business and unfortunately this is one of the areas. Thank you for all your amazing service over the last 6 years.

I received a package from Revu containing gorgeous product that looks incredible. The keychain and card look very professional and feel really high quality. Great products and great service too.

I tried REVU and was on the 1-month trial. The date did pass, and I ended up paying in full for the following month. My business was in a very tough position, and I communicated this to the customer service team. Matt went out of his way to find a compromise. I was given many options, and we were both happy in the end. I think the product itself is really good and would appeal to many other businesses; mine just wasn't suited. It is still a service worth a try for everyone thinking about it but do consider the trial date! Thanks to Matt and the team for all his help :)

When I first signed up for a trial month I was impressed with how they did everything for me. (I am not very good with it stuff). I have found them very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about marketing my business. I am very new to marketing online.. Matthew's knowledge about what I need to do and sending me emails on steps to take makes its clear and easy to follow each step. I am soooo thankful the called me for a trial!!

I got a call about a trial from REVU and I was skeptical at the start but I gave it a go. I got 25 reviews during the trial and I love it! Makes it so easy to get reviews!!

Up date. They have refunded the money thank you..... they have reassured me that they do not collect or store client data.

We have gotten so much positive feedback that we wouldn't have without Revu. I especially love the dashboard that we can log in to on our side and manage our own reviews.

The team know what they are talking about when it comes to gathering reviews and we wish we'd signed onboard sooner! We will definitely be continuing after our $1 trial..

All the representatives were very patient and listened to my needs, even when I proved to be a bit of an IT numpty. They took the time to explain how the systems connected up and made it easier to obtain reviews
